drnemish_gandhi	First rule is you should have regular period than only safe sex is possible. when you have regular period of 28 days than on 14th day ovulation takes place, so 2 days before and after ovulation is dangerous. So you are not suppose to have sex from 12th day of period to 16th day of period. For e.g. if you have completed your period on 10th of this month and you have 28 days of cycle than ovulation takes place on 24th so 22nd to 26th are most dangerous days rest of the days you can have safe sex. ( Ideally you should minus 14 from your expected date of period and plus 2 and minus 2 are dangerous days, ovulation takes place when 14 days are left for period so minus formula is more reliable when you have 26 or 30 days cycle) Was this answer helpful to you?
