Absolutely not, it's not strange.
Everybody developes at their own pace. You are still very young.
A lot of girls don't start menstruation until they are 14, or 15, my mother calls this a, "late bloomer"..
If you are concerned, or worried, ask your mother, or father, to take you for a physical, make sure everything is okay.
This can put your mind at ease, and a physical is always a good idea to make sure you're healthy.

No Sweetie it's normal, you may still not get it till your 18 or so, and from one female to another, Honey don't rush it, cuz once it starts it will be with you for the next 40 years or so.

No, some individuals mature slower than others. If this is a serious concern talk with an M.D. If you are to young to do so. Talk with your parents and express your concerns. If you are an adult and have concerns about your child, here is a link that may help. http://www.womansdaybaskets.com/faq1.htm

The average age for females to start their period is 12 1/2 years old, but some women get their periods as young as 10 or as old as 16. In general, females get their first period about 2 years after they develop breast buds.

It's perfectly normal to not get your period even if you are 18. In my own family, I have three sisters, I got mine when I was 14, and I have a 16 year old sister who got hers at 13, my 15 year old sister got hers at 14 as well. And I have an 11 year old sister who still hasn't got hers.
It all depends on your own body, as well as genetics. You probably will be around the same age as your mom or even your grandma when they first got theirs.

Not at all. Different people develop at different ages both physically and sexually. Starting a period even at say 14 might be considered late unless the girl is very athletic.

not at all, some girls get their periods as early as 8, some get them as late as 16. It really just depends on your body and genetics. Maybe talk to you mom and grandma (if you can) about when they first started their mentrual cycle. This maybe give you a better idea of when you might start yours. Also, don't worry about it too much, periods aren't that big of a deal, and i suggest (as someone who's been having hers for 7 year) that you enjoy your time while you can before you have to start going through the monthly cycle lol.
