SPAM!	Yes, it is normal. Most girls actually do have hairs around their nipples, and some just can't see it. Around 10 hairs on each nipple is fine, unless you have a lot more and it's very noticeable. Then it's probably a hormone imbalance that you need to talk to your doctor about.
