Most adolescent females your age are very self conscious about their breasts either large or small. You're too young for surgical procedures as your body is still growing and surgery is serious business, not to be taken lightly, it has its dangers.
Some women do wear a tight tube top underneath to help reduce the apparent size. Talk with your school nurse, check out a good clothing or lingerie store for some advice or options.
Good Luck and know that your are beautiful no matter what.

You could wear a athletic sports bra. It won't make them shrink but it will reduce their appearences and hopefully ease your discomfort.

Sports bras will help to support and minimize the size of your chest. Relax! A size B is not that big. As far as swim suits, wear dark colors and try one piece suits. Don't worry about what other people think. They are probably just jealous. Be proud of your body. If someone picks on you consult a favorite teacher or other adult. Good luck kid!

well when you do swim i guess you need to wear a bigger shirt or a swimsuit bra that will fit well and wont show it too much. and y will u make it smaller. most people love it when they are big. its a natural thing. you dont have to have surgery on it bcuz it might mess up possibly. well there is no way or medication that will make it small in my understanding.

No way to make them smaller w/out surgery but you can make them 'look' smaller... buy a sports bra or a 'minimizer' bra from a retail store... JC penny, Macy's, etc...

The only thing that you could do besides a sports bra is to try having an evaluation with a bra fitter to see if you are even wearing the right size bra for your breast size. Wearing the right fitting bra can also make your breasts look smaller because now the bra fits right.
Bra fitters go to big department stores such as Penney's on a Sat to try and help the women out with finding the right fitting bra. This is a free service. Check with the dept stores in your area to see when the next one is.
Other than these things the only other way to make your breasts smaller is thru surgery.

Although people are going to say 'be thankful', you need to be comfortable with your body. When I swam, we doubled up our swimsuits to build up drag for strenthening. If you do that at your school, just wear a very supportive suit underneath. If you're not doing that, consider wearing a minimizing bra. The ladies in the stores can be a big help to you. You may also need to go to a sports store and look at the supportive sports bras and supportive materials they have. Some places have items you can wear under swimsuits, and not be noticed. Take the time to look around for what you need. Don't think about surgery. There will come a day when you are out of school that you'll see all your friends paying money to look like you. And if you can't wear tank tops, no biggie... just find extra cute tops instead.

You could buy a chest binder made for female-to-male transexuals (like me) or whoever wants to reduce the chest area, which would be you.
http://www.mangoproducts.net/FTMChestBinders.htm
http://www.t-kingdom.com
If you go to the first address, I suggest you don't browse around that website because you may not appreciate other things they sell.
If you go to the second site, I think it would work better for you because they make some binders that are less "bind-y". They have many different models to choose from.
Binding your chest hurts SO BAD at first so TAKE IT EASY. Do it only a little at a time, you'll get used to it. When I first started I could only go about 3 hours, now i can go about 12 before I start to ache.
Since you actually want your boobs, I'd order it a size or two too big. If you get a binder that's too tight your breast tissue will actually start to deteriorate after a while from all the pressure.
Hope that helps.
If you have any questions, go ahead and email me from this site.

You're developing in to a young woman. Just because you're a B already-- may not mean you'll have huge breasts later on. I stopped growing when I was 16.
Surgery should never be an alternative unless there is a medical need for it.
Feel comfortable with your body. You're growing up :)
Good luck

I had the same problem when I was your age and I always wore sport bras so they were pushed in and didn't look so big.
But now that I am an adult I consider myself lucky and I'm sure you will someday to!!

I feel for you. I have the same problem, although I am older than you are, but I had that at 14 also. The only thing that will work for you is to stay thin and to exercise, there's not much else you can do without surgery. Be very careful to buy bras that fit really well, some of them will actually give you a smaller look (by quite a bit). Ask for help at a decent store, and, if you can't get the right size, try a specialty shop on the Internet.
Good luck, I know some people would love to have this problem, but it is not fun at all.

oh honey.. i know what you are going through.. i went from flat to d cup overnight and had big boobs as a teenager. Your size is just fine. You can't make them smaller naturally without surgery. Just enjoy them, you may even not get that bigger.. trust me you may have them but when you get older you will love them. I am 28 now.. and love my boobs
I know its tough but try to learn to love yourself.. get a really good supportive bra (get fitted properly).. but trust me you are fine,

Well, all you can really do is what your doing.
When you get older you won't feel so out of place.
You just developed early and everyone boobs will catch up with yours.
For now, just try to be confident and perhaps try warring a sports braw.
B is the perfect size, when your ready to get that kind of attention from who you want it, you'll be glad you have them.
You sound like a really smart person to not let it go to your head and show them off just yet. Like I said, later maybe as soon as 15 or by 18 and after that point for the rest of your life, they will come in handy.
Please don't use your boobs for evil they are very powerful, trust me. Just accept your gift, and learn to it wisely.
