It is an attraction to men, because back in Biblical times, most real men were fishermen, who were attracted to the salty seas. Even newborn baby girls have this scent. (DON'T go a-sniffin!). If you have always had the odor I wouldn't worry, but if it's come on suddenly then you should get checked out. Make sure you are keeping yourself clean and getting annual examinations.

Every woman's body is different and some just have problems with odors. There are problems to fix that though. If this question is about someone in particular, tell her to get checked out by her Dr. or try some feminine odor products.
