that is NOT a yeast infection, don't treat it like one. go to your gynecologist, she will likely diagnose you with bacterial vaginosis. it's easy to take care of and very common, so don't be embarrassed. but GO TO THE DOCTOR! |

OK, is this a real question??? vaginal smells and discharge are signs that something is wrong - if you don't have $$, there are free clinics - plus, if you are only having sex in your fantasies, how did you contract a disease? do yourself a favor; don't have ANY kind of sex with a partner until you get checked out - and, please note: if the smell and discharge are so offensive, there is a possibility you could have contracted something that could affect your ability to have children, etc. ...please, be more careful! |

Check with your OBGYN before it turns worse |

It could be gonorrhea or trichonomis. But you can't get expert medical advice from yahoo answers as we're not doctors/gynecologists.... |

Green + awful smell = Not a period and not a yeast infection. Sounds bacterial. You might wanna see a doctor and ask if some antibiotics would help clear that up. |

It could be Bacterial Vaginosis, a yeast infection, or if you are sexually active it could be an STD. I wouldn't waste anymore time...go to the doctor IMMEDIATELY!! |

Go to a doctor. You definitely have an infection. Don't have sex until you've gotten it totally taken care of. |

Might be a yeast infection. Get some Monistat from the drugstore or grocery and use it right away. Take showers instead of baths if you can and be sure to clean your privates well and rinse the soap off well. You are gonna be ok,,normal female stuff. |

You have a Vaginal infection. You need to see a doctor right away. You can go sterile if this infects your eggs and uterus. |

A good wash and a trip to the docor will clear that up. The doctor may give you a lotion or pills to take. Atleast it's not ADIS. |

Okay so it is very common for a white discharge when you are ovulating or near a menstrual cycle. Even a little odor is normal. If the odor is strong and the discharge is a regular occurance than you need to see a doctor. Expecially if it is green. Don't be shy, a good doctor has seen things like this before and will put your mind at ease. Don't wait though, what may seem like a minor infection can lead to more serious problems if left untreated...even cancer. |

Sounds like a yeast infection, but you've let it go too long. A drug store cream isn't going to take care of it anymore, you need to go see a doctor. Don't use a cream the night before you go, it will mess up your exam. |

I do care! |
You sound as if you have a very serious yeast infection. Such as a bad case of thrush. Don't worry it happens to all women at all ages. The reason being is the bacteria that cause thrush love a nice, warm, dark and damp environment to thrive in. And the vagina is perfect. Having a course of anti-biotics can cause thrush to really flare up as anti-biotics kill good and bad bacteria in the vagina. You will need some cream and pessaries (tablet things that go inside the vagina). These, depending on what Country you are in, are available from your Doctor on prescription or from the chemist. Just ask for Canastan or another thrush treatment. You can tell the chemist if you want about your symptoms and they can give you the most appropriate thrush treatment. Try wearing no knickers as often as you can. maybe at night. And only wear cotton undies as they allow air through. |

1 word: DOCTOR Don't mess around with trying to figure out if it's a yeast infection or not and do not have sex. If you have had sex since you started with the creamy and green discharge, BOTH you and your partner need to get tested. |
