If you are actually pregnant your doctor can tell you about when you conceived based on the size of your fetus when he does the 1st ultrsound. You can check this by charting your temperature every morning, first thing before getting out of bed, eating or drinking. sxyrdkitn69	How do you know you are pregnant already. That would make you 3 weeks pregnant, and you woulnd't know yet for about a week, since the date is set at your last menstrual period. I think you should go see your doctor. They can tell with a blood test about how far along you are.
