hmmmm...	u more then likely could be beginning ur period and don't be scared. do u have a little bloating around ur stomach... that is what i often get and it helps me to get a pillow and lay on the pillow to put a little pressure on ur lower abdominal area. just take a deep breath and the more u get worried the worse ur headache will get.. lay down a little and try to relax.. and when ur mom comes home ask her for some help.... Jenna T	there is a chance that you are getting your period. So look in your moms bathroom and try to find a pad or a tampon. Kathleen	Honey dont worry about it .fingering yourself wont break your hymen. I use to do it when i was young too.thats how it starts .Headaches goes with periods sometimes it gets really bad but thats normal. So dont worry too much its all natural. ~Beauty Pop~	Honey this is a sign. Your period is going to start soon. Don't worry. You don't have to use tampons yet either. You can use pads. Just tell your Mom that you were bleeding a little and I'll bet she'll say "this is the start of your period" or something like that. Hon don't be scared. Every single female has to go through this. And I think its best if you stop playing with yourself, you could be irritating your vagina, and you might have to go to the doctor if your problems and concerns continue. I thought no big deal when I cam back from school, my underwear was all red, my pants had red stuff on them too, luckily I wore a really long poncho that day no one noticed. I am 14 now and my period has just became part of life...it really isn't that big of a deal. Stop thinking about it so much. You sound scared to get it, but it will come when your body is physically ready. From the things you are experiencing are signs of getting your period soon.
