No clue hun on how to gain weight have same issues at 7 feet and 200lbs. I am great weight for someone 6' 6''
We are screwed to, since stores have low fat low carb low everything we would need to gain weight . Keep thinking need to open my own store. Store full of, Bread 3 times the carbs and calories of your average bread. Cereal one bite is 250 calories. Where you make a meal that would be 2000 calories each. instead of 500ish
But don't fret it us Skinny people piss off people with weight issues. You probably do same thing as I do, Do not really eat much on sweets, and stop eating when you are not hungry.

Our friends have an adopted daughter from over seas- she is malnurished. The doctor said to feed her McDonalds to put fat on her. Whole milk etc.

my dad is this way. he is 6'1 and weighs 130 pounds. But he used to drink a milkshake every night before he went to bed. Now he eats out and all that fatty foods are helping him. He still gets his regular veges but the going out to eat definately has more calories than staying home and cooking. Hope this helps!!!

Calorie counting does not just work to lose weight; it helps to gain weight too. Figure out your desired weight and then calorie count to get there.

Beer, Pizza, and Meats that contain alot of protein. The carbs and protein are perfect building blocks for muscle. Working out with as much weight as you can lift. 2 sets of 8 reps. Do half of your body parts one day and the other half the next. Only work out four days a week and let your body get some rest. Don't overdo it. Start small to find your limits.

I was literally the same I am the same height as you and at 25 I was the same weight. As soon as I hit 30 I started gaining weight. You could always eat foods that are high in fat but make sure its the good fats. Don't worry about what others says you are how you are and that can't not be helped and as long as your doctors aren't concerned your fine. Enjoy it while it last because with age it gets harder to keep off and you actually have to exercise and restrict your food intake. That was life changing.

Drink whole milk, eat bread with nut butters and sometimes butter, eat dessert after dinner. Do not exercise too much, but a little will help form muscle which will make you look more bulky.
I strongly suggest that you do not go for fast food, sugary sodas, or junk food; these will ruin your teeth and your health. You might also miss your mark and get overweight!

It's not so much about gaining weight, you just need to make sure you are eating well. Get lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet and if you are a little underweight make sure you have plenty of items that have some fat content (ice cream, milk). And eat plenty of proteins (peanut butter, nuts, meats). Good luck and God Bless.

If you snack a lot. (Eating 6 meals a day) it fastens your metabolism. Try just eating 3 meals a day it will eventually slow down and you will gain weight. You also must remember this may just be who you are and nothing can change that. You are petite and that is one of the characteristics of a petite girl ya know.

i have answered a 1000 of these weight questions mainly because i used to be really skinny. the way i gained weight was weight lifting. your a girl so that wont work but what you can do is eat alot of protein carbs some fats and calories. your daily intake is 2000 calories so try and get it to 2300-2500. eat even if your not hungry, and take in alot of starches like potatoes, pasta, cereal etc. and try and work out so it all doesnt turn into fat because being 4'11 and 195 isnt good either

I have always been super skinny also...5'8" and 110 lbs and very self conscience about my body. Nothing I did made me gain weight..not even having 2 babies..still skinny afterwards. I did end up gaining 10 lbs after going on Antiaxienty meds. That is the only thing that worked. I love my new weight now and am much happier. Good luck.

to a little advice from me,i think you should follow this steps: ***by jogging for almost 1-2 mitres a day .*** by not taking too much fat.***there are different machines that are mainly made for this kind of situation.so i think that if you follow this advice,you will be able to aim/achieve in your hope.

Most likely you are just fine i have had the same problem my whole life I am 5'10" and 130Lbs imagine that, you can try to eat more protien, go to the gym and lift weights and /or depo vera (the shot) will let you gain weight gradually but remember you are only 4'11" you dont want to gain that much weight your body frame might not be able to handle it !

Protein. You can buy powdered mixes and make drinks, or just eat a lot of meat. Ideally, you want to gain more weight in muscle than in fat, so eat a lot of protein.

Eat a lot of fruits.. please don't starve yourself... and well in the Spanish culture we eat rice and meat... I think you should give it a try!!!!

You are tiny, but for your height you should probably around 100 pounds or so. I wouldn't suggest fast food and sweets like some of the others are telling you. They'll only make you tired, give you pimples and will skyrocket your cholesterol. I would suggest however to eat 5 good sized meals a day with alot of protein (beef, chicken, seafood etc) and carbs (bread, pasta, pretzles). Salads with full fat dressing and tuna salad with full fat mayo are good snack options along with some frozen foods like hot pockets, pizza and so on. Sweets are ok, but in moderation like any other "diet" - you don't want to overload on sugar. Light weight training will help you put on muscle also and weights more than fat. I wouldn't suggest cardio though if you want to gain weight. Good Luck sweetie!
