*** one more thing: try to do things u've always wanted to do .... something that will cost u some sane courage/risk ... perhaps it will make u feel more alive ... and young .... try to be a little bit more active than u already are .... or more involved in activities that reaches out for the good of others ... :)

If you asked me 10 years ago I would've said 37 is old...but I'm 25 now and 37 doesn't seem that bad ;)
