Wait at least 2 hours after you have eaten before engaging in any cardio exercises, ok. Before engaging in any physical activities consult with your doctor.

If you think this is unusual for you and your level of fitness, I suggest you go and see a doctor. It might just be you need to get fit, but maybe there is something causing this that should be diagnosed. Do you feel like this when you walk fast or do other activities? Good luck with it.

You are not in condition to run. You should go to your doctor and explain your symptoms. Ther is a medical reason for you to feel these effects and you should get a doctor to find out why.

I am fourteen, and have the same problem.
I have shitty *** joints as well, but.
I did some research, and..
Thats a common sign of asthma, and anxiety.
Anxiety is when you get nervous to fail, so you get all worked up, and its gets hard to breathe, and you start to want to puke.
and asthma, is a very common disease of the lungs, where your bags on these branches, can't expand as much, so you start to cough, feel tired, and start to puke.
I hope this helped, but you should go talk to your doctor.
Especially if you're a smoker, or your parents/friends smoke around you.
It can become very serious.
and you might just to be lazy.

That is your body telling you that it is out of shape. There will be some pain in bringing it up to athletic.
Get a complete physical, have your doctor check everything. And be sure to tell him/her about your problem.

It's probably because you don't drink enough water, or you haven't eaten anything yet. Try drinking some water before gym, and eating some breakfast.

Dont eat before you go and work out..that might help you!
Also, if ur out of shape..you might feel that for a few weeks until u get back in shape. Also, dont do a lot in one day. If you are having problems still, consult ur doctor.

Maybe because you are not used to running all the time or you maybe a little out of shape. (Like me!!!) I feel bad about that though and i had sort of problems like you. (Besides having to barf and feeling heavy.) I was tired after barely even finishing my lap. Then my doc told me i have asthma. I took my inhaler for 3 years then i didn't need it anymore. I only had one asthma attack. A asthma attack is when you might cough, you try to breathe again, but you can't. Then you take your inhaler. But i was in church, but i was able to breathe after 4 seconds. (which is good.)
Thumbs up? Please?

You probably have excercise induced asthma. You need to see your doctor and get a puffer to take before you excercise.

You're out of shape. Get more exercise and take an iron supplement, that will ease your breathing.

you are either out of shape or you have a medical condition. go see your family doctor and describe these symptoms. if the Dr. tells you that you're OK...then keep running.
even people who run all the time will vomit; i remember doing it one time after a really hard run
