Noooo. Losing your virginity is having a PENIS go up your vagina and having sex. Putting a tampon up there is just clogging blood from pouring all over you. Plus, tampons are too small to pop your cherry, and even if it did some how, thats still not losing your virginity. Sex=losing your virginity.
