Stop looking at calories. Right now, your goal is to stay full.
Given the amount of calories you eat, you dont have to worry about wieght gain but, I can promise you than unless you're 4'10", you're underweight.
What you need to do is introduce yourself to cheeseburgers.
You should be consuming 10*(body weight) + 1*(body weight) in calories per day to maintain weight - 1144 calories a day. Since you sound like you would die if you ate only 1144 calories a day, that's a sign that you may have a serious medical issue known as over-active Thyroid condition.
What you really need to do is boogey on down to the doctor and get your Thyroid checked out. Chances are everything is fine but, if it's not, then you need to know so that they can normalize your body.
Finally, at 104 lbs, there's no way you have fat on your tummy. What you think is fat is most likely your bladder poking through to your skin. What you need to do is put on a little weight. 104lbs is DANGEROUSLY thin! Seriously, I want you to promise that you're going to look into this

yes its very normal. you have a high metabolism, that's what digests your food, and it digests your food really fast. itll feel like you have a black hole in your stomach. oh and let me guess you never gain a pound, right? same thing happens to me. 17 years ols and 137, I eat too much and i know it yet i never seem to go over 138-ish.

You're 104 lbs, it's completely fine if you go over 2000 calories. Depending on your height, you probably need to gain some weight to be truly healthy anyway.

If you find your eating is getting out of control then there are a few things Id suggest. Firstly, when youre eating 1800-2000 calories a day are they good foods or is it anything you want? Eating foods that are high in fats and sugars will always leave you hungry again about an hour later. You should swap to filling foods... foods with a low GI which means your body burns them off over a longer period of time leaving you fuller for longer. These foods include things like leafy green veggies, fruits, wholegrain breads, brown rice and brown pastas. Also, you should always eat a healthy breakfast. None of those cereals packed full of sugar. Try for low fat yoghurt, fruit, or muesuli. Also, cut your meals down to 4-5 small meals per day instead of eating 3 bigger ones. And if youre feeling hungry wait to see if its actual hunger or something like boredom hunger. You could also try consuming at least 2L of water per day. This will help keep you fuller for longer.

well being 104 lbs and 16 doesnt sound too healthy to me. im 16 and 125lbs. but im also 5'4"-5'5" you could be shorter than i am. you shouldnt really count your calories. your 16 your suppose to eat. your a teenager. its not only guys who have feeding frenzies. i do it too. im not over weight or fat at all. i dance, have a perfectly healthy looking body. you should not be concerned about your eating habits. only get concerned when you're not eating enough

You're not eating enough, the less you eat the more fat your body stores. If you lead an active life, you need to eat to make-up for the energy you lost for that day also. You talk about losing belly fat, then you need to start doing crunches, nobody's stomach is just going to lay flat without crunches. There are many diets out there that will help you with eating just enough with compromising your physical appearance

try not to worry about your weight so much. if your hungry then eat lol. that's how it's supposed to work. you have plenty of room for a lil weight gain and still be pretty. healthy girls are attractive too. but I'm just a guy lol, what do i know?

You are actually probably UNDERWEIGHT, depending on your height...
You are still growing tho!! It's normal to be hungry and eat! Your brain needs that nutrition for your brain to develop.
If you are really worried about gaining weight, starving yourself is not the answer. Moderately exercise and eat healthy foods.

I'm your weight, a bit older though, but I have moments like that... I'm just always hungry at times... then not at all at others... umm... salad wont fill you up. Probably go for something ricey. Wholegrain though.

I know this isnt healty but, you can find another alternative. I lost like 20lbs last summer because I guzzled pepsi, and that resulted in not being hungry. I ate off the smaller plates. Its better because think about it...once youre done that plate, you have a chance to think about if youre still hungry or not before you get that 2nd helping. So try guzzling maybe water, or milk (sometimes) to fill you up. And once you get past that say first week, your appetite will slowly "fade" and youll get used to it. That first week though, is hard...but trust me it goes away and gets easier. I gained all my weight back only because I started a new job where I had to take my client to lunch, and had to eat (because he was elderly, he wouldnt eat if I didnt.) But it worked really good 4 me. Also, I know youre only 16 and shouldnt even be worrying about loosing weight being just 104lbs...but hoodia pills helped me too. (for anyone else that might be reading this) They kinda take your appetite away, which helps you. Also, keep a bottle of Tylenol around cuz I got alot of headaches! This is kinda starvation, but just to get through that first week, then you can start eating healthier, and get used to not being so hungry...good luck!

It's not about how much you eat, but what you eat. Like, take a bag of carrots and just eat them forever and nothing will happen. But if you take two bags of chips then you'll obtain fat.
And, 1800-2000 calories a day is NOT a lot, especially if you are an athlete. I am also a 16 year old girl and i eat 3500 calories a day. I'm no where near fat, but whenever I obsess about food my brain makes me believe I'm hungry when I'm not.
Yes, this is normal. At 16 your still growing into your adulthood, and you ask what can you eat to make you not hungry? Don't worry about it! You should be thankful your always hungry; this means you have a fast metabollism and your SUPPOSED to eat more then another person.
You shouldn't base how much you eat off of the average number of calories a typical person is supposed to eat in a day. Eat HEALTHY food, wait 10 minutes to see if you really are hungry, and if you are then eat more.
Oh, and don't count calories it just worries people too much. You should know whats healthy and not, and if it's healthy then you don't need to count them.

You're still growing. When you quit growing a 200o cal diet will be fine. 104 pounds is not much. Don't try to loose weight.

or eat salad (it fills you up) but you shouldn't be trying to lose any weight from your weight mentioned you're already skinny and every girl is supposed to have a bit a fat...if your really concerned about the bt of fat try exercising (like doing crunches) instead of trying to control what you eat....as long as you remain active and try not to eat a lot of junk food your body will take care of itself...if you eat properly and excercise your metabolism will rise and you won't gain any weight...you many even lose some...hope this helps:)...PS. i'm 18 so i do understand what you mean, im not like some 50 year old woman or anything lol

Wow...to be a teen again. Anyway, back to your question, you are still growing so this is normal. Eat when your hungry though don't ever overeat. Just a little bit of food when you in the mood to eat. It won't be bad.

Your not over wt. you may still be growing, that's why your hungry, Please eat have some fruit , veggies, and protein, meat, peanut butter beans drink your milk. you'll be fine, but do not lose wt.
