i think the MOST u can lose in a week is 5 pounds(water weight) then 2 pounds per week after. So at most u would lose 9 pounds in 3 weeks....

if your only 13, diets are not all that safe and can affect you in a very big way. There is no way you loose that much in that amount of time without starving yourself. I would say, eat healthy, have smaller portions when eating, and skip think like candy and desert.

You can lose 15 pounds in that amount of time and stay healthy. Eat less but more frequently; this will boost your metabolism and cause you to burn more calories. Run after you're done eating for the day and you will burn fat while you sleep. And just exercise more often, but eat healthy. Try to find things outside that you enjoy so you can get some sun, and stay active.

You must excercise. You shouldn't lose all that weight in 3 weeks of 3 months. Just decide not to be heavier next year than you want to be and get some advice from someone who can help you.

thats sooo stupid, coz once u lose it, in that amount of time, i GUARANTEE you will put it alllllllll back on again, and you wont be able to lose all 35 pounds anyway! you can actually go to weightwatchers at your age... go there with your mum, or a friend, whatever, its so easy, and you lose so much weight, easily, and it stays off! quote me on this one, i have so much experience with diets, and the fast, "lose a stone in 2 weeks" diet, is stupid, you lose water weight, and you put on even more weight as your body goes into starvation mode. dont be stupid. go see your doctor if your that worried

If you starve yourself, your fat cells with think they are starving and will hold onto the fat even more. Trust me.
The only way to lose weight is slowly and through exercise and a good diet.
Seriously, if you do a crash diet you'll regret it because all the weight will come back even faster and maybe even more and your body will be totally screwed--both from the looks point of view and your health.

just dont eat any junk food , eat most healthy food at eat 3times aday at the right times
and go out walks,swimming anything like that then am sure ul be able 2 loose the amount of weight u want to loose but i dont think it will be healthy of u to loose that much in 3weeks

Just to ask first, do you think you are fat? Or are you those girls who want to be extra skinny and so they don't eat and all. This is a fact. You cannot do it. The healthy way to lose your goal pound is to exercise and to have a healthy diet. Please do not do those harmful things to your body. Yes, you are a teenager, and girls that age want to look pretty to attract guys. Be who you are now and also exercise. Good luck!

That's losing more than 10 pounds a week.. and that's basically impossible. To lose that much weight, you need to give yourself more time. To lose weight healthily, don't try to lose that much too quickly. Diet and exercise are really the only answer, and you're young so it shouldn't take that long.

I'm sorry but 35lbs is a LOT to lose in 3 weeks, it won't happen. Also you're only 13, and still growing, so don't starve yourself or overdo it.
If a doctor agrees with you that you can safely lose some weight, aim to eat healthy and exercise regularly and lose no more than 1-3lbs weekly.

The only way I could think of would be to starve yourself. But don't worry, that 35 pounds, plus more, will come back as soon as you start eating again.
35 pounds in 3 weeks is impossible. 35 pounds in a year is much more realistic. It's unnatural to burn more than 3 pounds in a week. Go to the gym.
