well i bought the ddr DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION and i started a diet, no rice, no bread, no pasta, just chicken not fried, no french fries, salad, lots of water and played DDR 2 hours daily. in a month i lost 30 pounds in about 5 months i lost 80 pounds. i strarted diet again and in one week i lost 12 pounds. so make use a couple of bucks buy one for playstation, with the pad and game and i promise you'll lose a lot of punds, my friends, my gf, and i play and we all lose and keep our weight by playing.

The Makers Diet works wonders! You should try it. My mother in law lost 20 lbs in a month. Of course it takes a lot of willpower to keep on the diet. There are certain foods you can eat and certain foods you cant eat on this diet.

My biggest struggle was always that I hated exercise. It felt like a chore! I found that I loved to play hockey, though, and in doing that lost 25 lbs in 3 weeks. I don't suggest losing that much weight that fast, its really not a good idea. The point is, if you look to go to the gym and 'work out' and you're not the 'work out' type, you'll hate it and it will feel like a chore. Find a way to make it fun.
I also tried running at one point. I hate running, and I didn't want anyone to see me doing it. So I went at night, when it was dark out, so that no one could see me.
Just some ideas. Good luck!!

90 pounds in 19 weeks. That's a tall order, although not impossible. I hate to say it, but you're going to have to work your butt off. Running, weights, aerobics, all day every day until you're ready to fall down. Watch what you eat, avoid fried foods, fats, and sweets. Increase your carb and protein intake slightly, rice, fish, and chicken are excellent foods as long as not fried. Start taking a Multivitamin complex, plus additional Calcium.

look at the ingreedee-ents more often, if it has to many words that you dont undersant then dont eet it. dont have midnite snacks atall, just eet wen you have meels (about 3 aday). for lunch you can just eat fruits and vejatables (thay are helthee fresh or cooked). dont eat much stuff with corn syrip or suger as much, if something has food colering or "lake" in it dont eet it. dont eet stuff that has propaleen-galikol(i dont know how to spell it rite)then dont eet it. wenever you get some candy ask your brother or sister (or frend) if they want to buy it from you. if this duzent help, then maybee you wer suposed to be like this, it mite be perfectly normle. you mite not gainwayt wen you are older it just depends. good luck! ps: most drugs dont help and dont skip meels

Hey all you can do is exercise and eat healthy food NO CANDY, SODA OR JUNK FOOD if you are really serious about losing what but don't starve yourself or throw up after you eat that's the worst you could do to you and your body I wish you good luck and remember it will take time.

In 19 weeks huh? I'm 11 too.. My friend was 213 pounds at 10 last year, she lost 87 pounds in 10 weeks by eating three meals a day, ALL fat free. ( For 10 weeks ) She ran as fast as she could up and down bleachers that lost a lot of her weight. She ran track and did sit-ups. You AREN'T that over weight.

If you are 11, your body is STILL developing. Don't do anything rash. Please, let your mom take you to the doctor and have the doctor prescribe a diet Plan for you, so you can maintain your health while you lose weight. Probably, she'll have you eat a prescribed number of calories, healthier selection of food, and increase your exercise... as to the 11 weeks plan, again, let the doctor help you on this.

Go on weight watchers. Or just stop eating all bread and pasta and anything with sugar, except fruits. You will loose it fast at first because the heavier you are the faster you loose it at first, then it will get slower, but 2 pounds a week is a good goal, one that you can still be happy accomplishing and enjoy your life. And if you want to loose it fast do aerobic exercise 30 min a day too.

not posible but here,s a start eat fish, chicken, lots of pepers don,t eat white rice,bread, pop. but frink 10cups of water a day you need to buy slim quick for girls, ask peoson the sell diet pill like at g.n.c. i eat the food i said and i lost 35pounds in 5 months,get in to doing weight lifting like deadlift and bench press. or swimming and running oir at less walk 45mins 3 days a week.

Keep your head up and know that it is possible to lose weight. That is what you have to tell yourself and keep your plan up and running.
You lose 2-4 pounds a week by cutting 500 calories out a day. so if you usually intake 2000 calories a day, do 1500 calories a day.
Exercise 30 minutes 3-5 days a week. just get out and walk or go to a gym and use a tread mill and then switch to a bike.
eat veggies and fruit and limit carbs. but do not cut out carbs completely. your body needs carbs to function properly. drink water.
The easiest way to cut out calories is no carbonated beverages, sweet cakes, candy bars, etc. If you have a craving, reach for an apple, or orange...
good luck and know that it will take longer than 19 weeks to drop 90 pounds. it will take more like 6-8 months. but stay consistent and focused! Good Luck and I am proud of you trying! ;P

You can't loose that much in 4 1/2 months. You could harm your kidneys. Just try to minimize your food portion size, eat less carbs, more veggies, protiens and excersise daily. Drink enough water.

nutrisystem really does work. its a diet program where they give you food in boxes and you mix that with veggies and fruits as snacks.
also. drink water! lots of it. but not too much at 1 time. like 10 glasses a day. you'll pee like crazy but it helps!

that is nearly impossible. i had an eating disorder and i wouldn't even lose the 5 pounds a week needed for that.
talk to ur family and have them support you. i would eat a lot of packaged meals (lean cuisine) so i would know exactly how many calories i was eating. i also would spend a lot of time exercising. careful not to get too caught up in it though!

Okay Ms # 11.... cut out ALL fast foods... and that includes pizza and French fries. All foods that have " white " in them go ,too... that would be doughnuts, white bread, chips, pasta, cookies,,, anything made with white flour. Sodas are full of sugar.., so cut to water or sugar free. No more butter. Your diet should consist of lean protein ( and you do need protein), and Fiber ( fruits and vegetables ) . Now, this sounds horrible.... right? But I promise, in just a few weeks you will LOOK and FEEL so much better !!!! And lace up those running shoes !! Good luck sweetheart... YOU CAN DO THIS !!!!!

OK. You exercise alot. Running, eating healthy. Eat lots of healthy foods and cut back on the fried and lots of callories food.
Eat a little bit all day. Eat just little every hour or when you are hungry. Have a very small portion of food when you eat all the time. This helps out alot.

Hunny, it really doesnt seem safe to loose that much weight in that short of a time! I would suggest you talk to a doctor about your situation and see if your doc can help you figure out some sort of safe diet to work on. You may also want to talk to a nutrionist to help you eat healthier and a personal trainer to get you set on a routine work out schedule. Just keep yourself persistant and you will start loosing weight! I would also suggest that you drink LOTS of water!

Get a journal and write everything you eat in it then reflect back later(It'll reallly help you watch what you eat), Get a scale and weigh yourself everyday(it helps motivate you), and exercise for about an hour 5-7 days a week. I lost about 30 pounds doing so.

Diet and exercise sweetie. Lots of fruits, veggies and water. Try to do some sort of activity every day. Go for a walk, hike, play basketball. Anything to keep active. Don't drink soda or eat candy and high fat foods. Don't make your weight loss goal unattainable. Try to lose 10 lbs first, then 20lbs. After you lose it keep trying to lose more. Good luck

That is unsafe and unhealthy. You didn't put on the weight in 19 weeks so you shouldn't expect it to come off in 19 weeks. You should expect to lose 2 to 3 pounds a week. Limit your caloric intake to 1300 calories a day and do 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week.
