Additional Details
I'm not really thinking about it any time soon. I am quite a bit below an A, though. I certainly wouldn't go bigger than a B. Mainly it's because finding a bra that fits is really hard and they are super uncomfortable but I look terrible without one.

Surgery is never justified! Having it could jeopardize your ability to breast feed, and might interfere with sensation on your breasts and nipples. Which is more important--your baby's health and your own bodily integrity and physical pleasure, or to attract some guy who cares so little for your personality that his liking or not liking you is dependent on whether or not you have two bags of silicone shoved into your chest via a knife? Seriously, be the best YOU you can be! Take care of your health and your own natural beauty. Wear things that will flatter your own natural, wonderful figure. |

Entirely your own preference. Question is....how big do you want them to be? |

I say a difference of 1 cup size between breast would justify surgery to equalize the sizes. If your breasts are the same size and not causing physical trauma (i.e. low back pain), then you are perfect. Remember, after market parts are only for cars. |

I think people just have to be happy with their breasts. I have a C and im not happy, i cant never find a dress that fits because of that. |

Its really a personal choice. If youre not happy with the size then change it. |

Better ??? How large does someones breasts have to be to justify reduction? Really, it's according to how small you are. If you're a healthy A, then they're fine. If you're completely flat and self-conscious, then you probably are a candidate for enhancement. However, if you're not at least 17, then don't even consider it. They will grow if you're still young. One thing you should consider---Straighten your back and walk upright. All the guys in my elementary and high school thought I had boobs. I later married one of those guys and his first words at seeing me topless..."Man, I always thought they were bigger than that!" Throw those shoulders back and keep your back straight. Be thankful you aren't so well-endowed. Those girls have lots more problems socially as well as physically. hope this helps |

hi i don't think the size of breasts in this question matters so much as how the size of ones breasts effect the person wanting surgery if the size of you breasts is inhibiting your life i think you should seriously look to getting youself councilly to help you, they can assess the situation far more accuretly than you yourself can and will be able to recommend sergery if its truly required, don't rush into these things as it can be quite a shock both physically and phycologically if this is the wrong desision for you and, don't let others influesnce you in this whether they say you look fine or not in this be selfish, i would also recommend having a professional bra fitting, i don't know a single person who doesn't have problems trying to find a bra which fits what ever their size what most people seem to forget is that highstreet bras are standardized like everything else and there for are designed for some mythical female figure which doesn't exist though there is no standardized sizing system accross the board so no two bras made by different companys are the same size what ever the lable says, where as a speciallist will stock all the quater and half sizes you never knew existed failing this have you looked up http://www.aalingerie.com and i'd suggest to any one the bra size calculator at http://www.85b.org/bra_calc.php is a brillent piece of software i've used it once my self and am now wearing a bra which fits perfectly though a lot of the time bra sizing is hit and miss even with this wish you luck and love |

The only thing that justifies breast implant surgery is if you've had a mastectomy and lost one or both breasts. I could definitely see how someone would want to restore their appearance to what it used to be. Otherwise, fake breasts just look...fake. It's a silly, dangerous, expensive thing to do to yourself because you aren't comfortable with what nature gave you. |

i think of your an A or B, you might want to go up to a C, but it doesnt really matter, unless you have self confidence issues. i am a D, and i HATE it. i sometimes want to get a breast reduction down to a C |

I think it depends on what makes you feel good about yourself. There is no "justifying" getting it done unless your family is against it. It wouldn't hurt to just find out about a free consultation. And a good doctor will measure your hips and give you an opinion about what size would look natural. It's really up to you and no one else. |

Do you really need a breast augmentation to feel happy with yourself? True confidence comes from the inside. |

Anything larger than a C cup should justify REDUCTION surgery. Large breasts cause problems like chronic back pain later in life. Also the surgery itself can cause some loss of sensation in the breast, and who wants to have numb teats? If you ever plan to have kids, you should have those kids before any surgery as breast milk is the best nutrition for them early in life, and the surgery can leave you unable to lactate. Really the breast size should be in proportion to the body. If you are a petite 5'2, you shouldn't have even C cup size. |

Small enough not to have a decent cleavage? Personally, breast implants are best left for people who've had cancer. I have...er...my size is enough to make a simple spaghetti strap top look slutty so to speak. I'm not fond of the size as my selection of clothes are limited. Its either too tight at the top or it fits nicely on top but its too loose as to flows down. My sport options were limited thanks to them as well. The only way I would like them altered is by exercising a lot. No surgery! |

Breast size is not the only factor and maybe not the main one. How much money can you afford to spend? How worried are you by the small but very real possibilities of death or disfgurement if the operation goes wrong? How much do you hate your body image or desire one where men will look at (and talk to) your breasts instead of your face? |

I say be happy with what god gave you, however if you feel the need to get these implants I have a friend that clearly states get saline implants she says there safer had them for 10 yrs never a health problem and she breast fed. me I'm against any of that artifical crap. |

Unless you are like flat, as in 9 yr old boy flat, I wouldn't bother with surgery at all. Most people would rather feel a handful of real than have more than a handful of fake |

Small size alone doesn't justify surgery. Even women with A cups can nurse successfully, which is, after all, what they're intended for. My personal preference is a B cup, which in my view makes a woman very well proportioned. But I'm OK with A cups also. I would strongly recommend not going beyond a B cup, because the heavier the breasts - natural or artificial - the more they will sag and the greater the tendency toward backaches. |

I honestly think that a grown woman is entitled to feel good about their body, even if it means surgery. That being said, I hope they would only do it for themselves. Its temporary at best, so doing it for the wrong reasons would make it more of a burden than a blessing. |

the answer should be answered by you ...think first of how much people value u already the way you are, how confident you are about yourself and is this operation going to modify your personality.....if u decide to go on with it do it cuz it will make u feel better in every aspect and not to impress....remember that we all will get old and saggy or wrinkled titties are not fashionable...jajajaja just joking...also if you are too young they might grow anyway so just wait a while....any decision just tell me ..... take care |

Well the only justifiation should be if the woman wants them or not. I am a guy a to me a c cup is the best, not to small, not to big. In the end the woman should get whatever is going to make her feel good. |
