you can go swimming if u have your period, just use tampons... its also said that water stops the flow of blood, but i've never had the balls to try it.. i always use tampons and go swimming with no prob

Wear a tampon...! Its the best solution. It is easy to put on and take out. and it make sure your period don't leak out too... Personally i use TAMPAX.

tampon! that's your best option especially to prevent leaks! even though water mostly stops it, you can have some slight leaking which would be embarrassing

You could use tampons. Or you can just run straight into the water, your period will stop temporarily. Some girls do that at my school when they don't want to use tampons and are forced to swim for gym class. I know it sounds gross but its true, it does stop the blood from leaking.
