Remember that she's your mom, a girl, and has a "been there, done that" way of thinking about it. Don't worry though, it's completely normal. All it is is just a little vaginal discharge. That usually means that the lining for your period is forming... again in your case. Just simply tell, (or whisper if you like) your mom, " Hey mom, I have been having this white stuff in my underwear, is it normal or should I worry?" Just something simple like that, if you two are alone and she understands then it will be too easy to tell her.

Its just discharge
Its normal for every girl
If its heavy it means that you should get your period in 2 weeks or less =[
And dont worry your first period is usually spaced out with your second period
Like I know some girls who it took 7 months to get their second period.

It's just discharge..........no worries, everyone gets discharge(everyone that's a girl). When you get your first period, your second period will come again in a longer time than it usually will. So i think it's pretty normal but you should tell ur mom just in case.............
Tell her you have to talk to her about private stuff and it's ok to feel awkward cuz everyone feels weird talking about private stuff but telling your Dad is the most awkward cuz he's a dad. But your mom probly went through the same thing so just tell her whats happening, she'll understand.........

Please don't worry, it's normal. Your vaginal secretions change depending on your hormones and when you ovulate. What you describe is common. As long as you have no itching, burning, or foul odor, you don't have an infection. As for your period, it can take a year or so before it becomes regular. It doesn't sound like anything is wrong, but work on communication with your mom about things like this. It's important in case you have any future problems.

This is completly normal, your periods will not be normal but it could be sign that it is about to start, as long as it doesnt have a fishy odory smell you should be okay, oh and also i understand what you mean by the awkwardness with your mom because thats how I am. but dont worry sweety it is normal, as long as it is clear, white like and no odor you are okay but if it gets like cottage cheese like or worsens then sit down and talk to your mom she might feel just as awkward but it will bring you guys closer too. Thats why we have moms so we have someone to talk to....it will be okay she will be there for you!

it could just be discharge which girls can get sometimes mostly in the summer, but if you feel uncomfortable down their, like itchy or sore, then it could be a yeast infection, which is very simple to treat, again this can happen mostly in the summer because the heat produces bacteria.
If its worrying you, then you should speak to your mum about it, if the problems persists and you feel uncomfortable down below, then you can go to the doctors or even purchase the treatment from a chemist, however i am not sure what age you need to be.

It probably means that you are going to get your period in the next few days. Most likely nothing to worry about.

Hi! I'm 13 too, almost 14, so i no how weird it is talking about stuff like that to your mom. It's call discharge. It's perfectly normal, we all get, It's a sign that our period is going to come. I had it for two years before my period, Then when you get your period you still have it every month. You probably will your next period soon. You don't need to tell your mother about it. If your VaJJ is swollen, red and itchy, then you need to and she'll need to take you to the doctor so you can be treated for a infection. So thats all there is to no about it basicly, it just cleanses your body. If you want you can wear a panty liner so it doesn't get on your undies, but don't wear a tampon just for discharge. I hope I answered your question. Bye!

It is only discharge and I get it between periods. Nothing big. Oh and pantiliners help from ruining your panties.

i get that all the time!!! im pretty sure it's when u ovulate. since ur period's still irregular u can't tell, but if u get ur period either in 2 days or 14 days it's because ur ovaries are lubricating themselves for the egg or (if u don't have ur period for another 2 weeks) it's because ur ovulating (ps: when ovulating don't have sex unless u want a baby) it's like mucus right? yeah pretty much sucks to be a girl

It is probably no big deal, but if you are worried, just talk to your mom. She will understand. She went through all the same stuff and it is nothing she hasn't seen before as she may say... Your mom will know what to do and will probably make you feel better. It shouldn't be akward for her, so it is only akward for you if you chose to make it so.....
GOOD LUCK!!!

Don't worry about that. It's not sweat, but it's not serious either. It's discharge, fluid that your body needs to discrete now that you're body is changing and all that. It happens to all girls as hormones kick in. Since it's white/clear it means you're healthy, if it was yellow or thick you might have something to worry about. Yeah, it's gross but it's just a part of life. If it annoys you, wear a thin panty liner. Be open with your mom, she'll know exactly what you're talking about. Just sound confident and mature. If you don't make it a big deal, she won't either. And don't worry about irregular periods -- you said it kind of stopped -- it usually takes some time before it regulates itself and comes normally, up to a year. Don't worry, kay? Hope that helped.

You are normal. Your body is doing what is expected for your age. Masturbation has nothing to do with it, and if you do or don't, it won't change the natural changes that are supposed to happen.
Please talk to your Mom. She knows you are changing, but just like any other girl, not when. It will be weird to start the conversation, but she will have the answers you are looking for.

You're probably about to start your period then. When you first start out your irregular too, so I don't think it is anything to worry about yet. It is alright to just ask her though. She may have had these when she was starting too.

its called discharge. it is tha vaginas way of clearing itself out. as lon as it is not cottage cheese like then you are fine. it is usually the heaviest when you are about to get your period. if it bugs you then just get some panty liners to absorb it. if you still need to talk to your mom about it just ask her for some panty liners or just tell her that you have a little but of discharge and you want somethin to absorb it with.! good luck! and dont worry about not having your period in a while it is just because your period is irregular and will be for about a year after your first period. so dont listen to that girl that told you to go to the doctor!!!!

as long as it doesn't have a fishy smell then it's ok. It's just your v. naturally cleaning itself out...if it's fishy, then it could be an infection. but i wouldn't worry....just tell your mom, "hey I was just wondering, sometimes I get this stuff in my underwear...is that ok?" she'll understand....she has it too
