That depends on your body's structure. The bigger they are the more back pain you'll have.

anything with the Tori Spelling gap or that wierd look of stretched skin over two baseballs. If you're real small with not much extra skin, don't stretch it out too much. Good luck!

It depends on your shape but personally I think anything over a full C cups is getting greedy. If you are built thinker then a full D cup would work.

technically if you want that hourglass shape your chest and hips should be the same - measurement wise. Cup size it depends on your preference

Depends on your build. If you are a big girl, DD or even E might b fine.
If you are small or very skinny, that would look sooooo fake.
If I needed implants, I would go for something believable and 'good' noticable. Not OHMYGOSH LOOK AT MY GIANT HOOTERS I BOUGHT!
Stuff something into your bra or whatever, walk around and get used to them. Maybe ask a good friend.

Any good, reputable plastic surgeon will tell you if the implants you're thinking of getting are too big.
He or she will take your physical structure and stature into consideration and give you an opinion of size. Too small and you won't be satisfied; too big and you could encounter health problems down the road.
Don't listen to anyone unless they're board certified in this technique.
Good luck.

I used to work in Las Vegas, I have had lots of friends with implants. Above a C will start to hurt. D's are okay if you have the frame to carry them off, but it's hard to get clothes that fit properly. Anything bigger than that and you are asking for trouble. Heck, I saw girls out there with watermelon sizes (for the strip clubs) it was really pretty disgusting. But, whatever you prefer, I guess.

well it really depends on your size....if you are a tiny petite person than you really dont want to go bigger than large B, small C....if you are bigger then prob a full D...but talk to your doctor about it he/she will tell you which size they believe is right for you....and they will def tell you if they think that it is going to be too big and fake looking. Do research on Docs in your area...you def dont want to have to go back and get them fixed all over again....cause its painful enough the first time!

Depends on your body type and how much you want to hurt as you age. I'm 21, 5'4'' and have 38 F's (God Given). Believe me it sucks. I am known just for having big boobs, plus when you buy clothes you have to be careful or you flash everyone- tanktops are the worst. I will probably get reduced from the pain it causes. You don't want to go to big just to go back and get a reduction. I would say D would be well enough. I wish I was.. lol

if you're skinny and you have a cup size of a D then obviously it's fake. It's really easy to tell whether someone has a fake boob or not. Fake boob looks perfectly circular kinda like melon looking....

I think it always depends on the overal size of the person getting them. You seem like you'd be between 120lbs and 150lbs, so I'd say, B or C cup. It's all up to you though. And if you are serious about it, try it out first by getting a larger bra and stuffing it to no end, lol. Good luck! :)

Anything bigger then what god gave you is too big!!!! They are not safe, the question you should be asking your self is why do you feel the need to have this major surgery done. From what I understand it is very pain full and you will not be able to breast feed your child. Think before making this decision who are you really trying to please!!!!!!!!!!

Anything bigger than a C is too big. You will ONLY be known for your breasts. People will describe you as.." Oh, I know her....she's the one with the huge breasts." Do you want that? It's trashy. It will make you look like a whor*.

Unless you are really tall I think getting anything bigger than a c cup size is too big. My gf is a c cup size and she is 5 feet 6 inches tall and everyone thinks she is stacked and really looks good. But hers are real. lol

"too big" depends on the size you are now; your body size. how tall are you, how much do you weigh? i'd say anything bigger than a C cup is probably too big. I'm 5' 2" average weight with natural double d's, and believe me, it sucks!

it depends on your body frame......You need to be mindful of your back and shoulders..you don't want to develop pain in the long run for aesthetic purposes.....I don't know what cup size to tell you..I am a petite person--I wear a size 8 petite or short in juniors jeans.....weigh around 125-128, and am 5'0..I also have a 38 D cup--and it's natural. Unfortunately, I have some back pain, and I am wondering if that could be the cause..
Just be wary- Let's be safe and say a "C" would be the cut off..anything else would look out of proportion unless you have a medium to large build.

Don't be a fool...Don't do it. They will look pretty nasty when u get old and ya knockers stay young. As a guy..I think its a huge turn off....for instance...if a guy wasn't secure about his manhood..how would u feel if he brought a fake rubber dong to bed so he can make love to you? Not really a turn on now is it????

The doctor should tell you this. I would think it would be proportionate to your body size/type. Not like Dolly Parton for heaven's sake. You don't want to look top heavy. Also, the bigger they are the more stress put on your shoulders and neck. True.
