i started having sex when i was 15 and got preg when i was 17 its hard... the baby's father ran off cause he wasnt ready for the resonsibility. so there i was 17 pregnant and scared not to mention alone. the medical bills for having a baby is out of this world. luckily for me my parents helped out some till i graduated. but i had to work 2 jobs to pay bills plus stay up all night and take care of the baby. being a single parent was hard and i dont care how great any boy is when you are that young neither him nor you are ready for a child. there is alot more to it then changing diapers. money, food, rent, bills, and what if there are difficulties with the pregnancy. who will help you. if you are thinking bout having a kid you should think twince.

when i turned 15 i lost my virginity and i really really regreted it and i also had a pregnancy scare.
I wish i would have waited bcuz i realized that i could have made that moment more special when i was older.
your wayyy to young to worry about that stuff.
its really a special thing you should wait for. you'll kno when your ready.

I first had sex when I was in grade 9, at the age of 14. I think it was a little too young. I defiantly used protection, as you should as well.
My girlfriend didn't get pregnant, but I have a few buddies who have "knocked up" their girlfriends, and as bad as it is to say, their kids ruined there life. I Barley ever see them now becuase they are always working or looking after thier kids. So use protection and defiantly wait till high school. Middle school is way to young in my opinion.

Okay, first I have to say that I completely understand you. I was thinking the exact same thing back in middle school. I wanted to be pregnant.
But now I realize that I would have regretted it due to many experiences around people who have gotten pregnant and being able to go to a university and pursue my dreams, what makes me happy.
I know you're thinking, "...she's trying to lecture me".
So I'm going to tell you to make your own decisions. I know that you're feeling that excitement when you think of having a baby at a young age, it feels so nice that it is controlling you.
The truth is that what would happen is the COMPLETE opposite of what you want to happen.
Having a baby at a young age ruins most lives.
Sex, on the other hand, is best safe. It is not a bad thing. I had sex for the first time in high school but I wish I didn't. Most women will tell you that the best time to lose your virginity is on your wedding night, to the man that you know you can spend your life with. Then, all those nice emotions you were feeling will be unleashed and you will be so happy.

Ya I did. I lost all my friends, and none of my teachers or friends parents had any respect for me. I think I did it for the same reason you are thinking of doing it. It seems grown up. Unless you find the right person, having sex makes you feel empty. It may seem like a good idea at the time, but trust me, it isn't worth it. Try and stay a kid as long as you can.

OK I'm a guy but ill answer anyway as you didn't state you wanted female answerer's.
I had sex when i was 16, i regret it to an extent, it could have been so much better if i had waited for the right girl. In fact, looking back, the only thing i don't regret is the fact i used a condom. If your even considering having sex, you should at least be responsible about it and use some sort of protection. You should also accept the fact that even with protection you could still get pregnant.
I know it sounds a bit clichéd, but ill say it anyway, you are best waiting for someone you love. After all, the first time doesn't usually happen the 'fairytale' way, your completely new to it all and its a bit of a learning process. If you are with someone you care about, and more to the point, they care about you, it makes it all that wee bit more relaxing, which makes it all so much easier and more enjoyable.
To sum up; make sure you and your partner are ready, make sure you are ready for the responsibility that comes with being pregnant, and make sure you use some sort of protection....STI's are everywhere!!

I had sex in high school. I can't say that I regret it, but it definitely changed my life. I did use protection... condoms mostly, and eventually I started using birth control pills as well.
I did not get pregnant. If you are using birth control and condoms correctly, they are 99% effective and getting pregnant is extremely unlikely.
Having sex is great... bringing a child into the world when you are not ready/able to care for it is stupid/selfish.

DON'T get involved sexually at this point in your life! Your waaay to young for the responsibility that sex can bring. Not just babies but also STD's. I was 14 when I got pregnant with my oldest son and delivered 3 months after turning 15. It's very difficult not only on you but also your parents who's dreams of a good future for you may seem shattered. I had to give up the years of my life that should have been the best, my teen years. I quit school and worked at 15 years old to support my son. He's almost 23 now and I am only 38. He's a good kid but boy how I sure wish I could have given him so much more. Just remember to always keep a nickel between your knees at all times that boys that temp you are present. Enjoy your teen years, it's actually an important part of your life, you are now developing into a young adult.

Do NOT have sex in middle school or even high school. It is very looked down upon. Lol. Anyway, if you have sex you WILL look back on it one day and probably will think you were too young esp. if you have younger siblings!

i didnt start having sex until high school and i did use protection (condoms.) the problem with condoms is that they break! i ended up getting pregnant about 6 months ago and i had an abortion. (give me thumbs down if you will, im just trying to tell the whole truth of how having sex really does effect you!) i wasnt ready to have kids and i know that i would have been kicked out of my house if my grandma would have found out.
you really need to think about all of the consiquence of having sex when you are young. it is so muchh better to wait until you are older.

Well I had sex for the first time when I was sixteen in highschool protected. I was scared and not ready but I thought that I loved the guy and I gave him what I held dear to me. I have had a miscarriage later on in the relationship and now I don't want to have anything to do with him. But that is just my case. I regreted it with him. I should have waited. I am telling you. I am begging you to please wait. It isn't what you see in movies.

From a girls point of view if you had sex in middle school and high school then I'm guessing your future would be ruined.
You'd feel bad for giving up the child or an abortion and if you decide to keep it then your losing your education.
You'd get a bad reputation for being say a "slut?" for having sex too early.
And you shouldn't have sex protected or unprotected until your 18!

Not trying to sound rude, but if you cannot spell the word Pregnant, you should deffinatly stay away from sex.
Sex really does complicate things and should be held off until you are able to completely trust someone.
Always use protection. Not only to avoid pregnancy, but to avoid STI's(stds) such as HIV.
If you think you will regret it, then chances are follow your feelings.

If you do have sex in middle school, unless your area is tramp-filled, you WILL be called a slut.
Having sex, especially in middle school, is a complete waste of time.

i'm 16 years old, going to be a junior in high school and never had sex before, im one of the few girls who are still a virgin in my school, alot of the girls say they totally reget losing there virginity and wish they waited, most of them say it's totally over rated and it's not what they thought it would be....waiting for the right guy and when your a little older and understand what you doing is my advice

I didnt have sex until I finished school...I didnt have a regular boyfriend until then either...I went to a private all-girls school.
Young kids these days want to have it all...dont be in such a rush to have sex...enjoy being young...now go and do normal kids stuff...movies, music, fun , friends and parties...you dont need sex.....it wont make any of these things better.

Curious aren't you??? Well, I'll tell you my experience just to give you an idea. You make your own decisions.
I lost my vaginity when I was 13, at the end of 7th grade. We were both virgins.
We used protection at first. Tried all different stuff but somehow we stopped using protection. I wasn't too worried because it was his first time too. Well, we broke up.
I didn't regret it, but rumors spreaded like wild fire throughtout the entire school. That was crazy. But I was like one of the popular type girls, so it didn't bother me that much. Just made me more popular.
When I was 14, I got pregnant with my new boyfriend. I didn't regret it then, even though it wrecked havoc within my family. My mom kicked me out, I ended up having a miscarriage because my mom went nuts and beat me in the belly, and I went to live with my older brother. Everything eventually settled down and my mom asked me to move back in with her. But damn. . .that was some drama.
But because my mom kicked me out immediately, I didn't even get a chance to go to school to get my stuff or anything. So basically, I just disappeared. I moved 1000 miles away. Basically, my mom just wanted my boyfriend and I to break up.
Because I just disappeared, I lost all of my friend. And to this day, my friendship with them are iffy. Not as close as before. Makes me sad how I lost all of my friends in a blink of an eye. But my best friend was always there for me. We're still best friends today.
I got pregnant again when I was 16 with another guy. I didn't want to deal with the drama all over again so I got an abortion and to this day, my family doesn't know about it.

I didn't regret losing it until I found my last boyfriend. We loved each other so much. Even though neither of us were virgins, I really just wanted to give all of me to him.
So yeah, I wish I had waited longer to have sex. Like 17 or 18 would've been better. I didn't think I would ever regret it, but eventually I kinda did. It's just that I mature so much faster than everybody. I started puberty at age 9.
I'm currently 22. I'm happy with myself. But I will always tell girls to wait. It's better to wait. I fell into a deep depression after my first pregnancy and had the miscarriage. I didn't even care about my boyfriend at that time. I just felt horrible for losing the baby. And it haunts me to this day.
So yes. WAIT.
Oh and I'm on birth control pills.
Doesn't my story sound cliche? But it's true and I hate to admit that I was wrong and to think that I would never regret it. I kinda do but I kinda don't. It was hell to go through, but I am who I am now and I'm happy so whatever.
