polarbearcub	Wear a sports bra to flatten them out and don't expose any clevage. Wear a necklace that will draw attention to it only. The main thing here is how you feel. fryeindustries2002	If you conceal what you have under your clothes and not show as much skin, then guys will wonder what you have on underneath and what you are carrying around under there. But if you wear something slutty (no offense), then yeah, they will stare. A guy is a guy, i know what they want, even if they deny it. You should know too. It's an instinct. But other than that if you don't want them to see your breasts or STARE at them, then like i said wear something that gets peoples eyes on you and your whole body and not just your breasts. Or you can wear make-up along with your clothes to make people and guys stare at your face more. Like for example in my Cosmo mag., they say that an attention grabber is lip stick and more guys are prone to look at the color of your lips b/c of the lipstick and not your boobs. You could say something pithy like, "Looking for something?" and then give them a look that shows you are not at all amused or you could just ignore it. If you catch them starring at your breast while you are talking to them you can always say " Hello, I'm up here thank you" Lol if anything they should feel embarrassed that you caught them and maybe won't do it anymore.
