I started when i was 10 or 11 cause my mom finally gave in after i bugged her for like 2 years and she got sick of me begging but dude i had realllly hairy legs i hated them but now i love them but if your a parent telling your child when i think it depends like if they have noticed or started to ask or if they are mature enough too.
