Girls: is it normal to have hair in the lower belly part?

miakista	if you have a ethnic backround of colour it is perfectly normal to get any type of hair there, especially if your going through puberty, theres nothing wrong with it or to be ashamed of, those people who are saying eww no obvioulsy have no understanding of the human body let alone there own body. Dont worry alot of girls have it, you can shave a bit or get it waxed or leave it alone, as you get older it will go away and stop growing, get lighter in colour etc.

fubar	Yeh i have it, it's more common if you dark haired too. i shave mine off or use creams to get rid of it. it comes back lighter and less coarse when i use the creams. crab tracks!
Judy	Almost everyone has hair where you describe, if it has ever been shaved for surgery or curiosity it will come back darker and coarser. I think God put it there so we wouldn't stick to each other while making whoopie.

sandman	I think that's sexy actually. It's like a little trail leading to a nice picnic area. Of course the finer the better, I think maybe if it's really coarse you might wanna get it waxed away. Whatever you do DON'T shave it coz that will only make it grow back thicker and much more coarse!

Kacey	Yes, it is completely normal. If you have an excess amount you can bleach, nair or shave it. Bleaching is preferred but if it's coarse I would nair it. Men have "happy trails", why shouldn't we have a trail of some sort?
