Ok. All that hair comes naturally. If you tell your mom about the hair shell give you permission to shave. And you definitally have you carry pads. (im 15.) I have a lot of friends who get their periods at school. The sweating is normal. For the breaking out, You should wash your face daily that will have it go down especially if you have gym. what happens is that the dirt and the bacteria react ad it produces sweat and BO. Hope this helps =]

Okay, boo, I'm gonna make this as detailed as I can.

- First off, every girl goes through this so you're not alone and shouldn't be all that embarrassed.
- You should definitely carry pads at all times, even if it's just one in a purse or something.
- Maybe you could ask your mom if you're allowed to shave yet, if it'd make you feel any better.
- Stridex acne cleansing Pads work very well for pimples. I use em and people as well as I have noticed my face clearing up very well.
- Sweating... it sucks. Get a nice deodorant and apply it about twice a day. Make sure it's "little black dress approved" though, that way you won't get white stains on your clothes. (:
- Finally, don't be surprised if you don't get your period for a while. I didn't get mine til about two years after I started to grow hair and four years after I started getting cramps. However, you should still take precautions.

Good luck and remember we're all in this together, girlfriend!
Much love <3

You are lucky that you are thirteen and this is happening, I was ten. Anyway, I recommend always carrying a pad around, there is nothing worse than getting your period unexpected. If you do get it though just stuff your nickers with toilet paper and try to get home, also is you ask any women in the toilets they will usually have a pad they will give you (they are usually very nice about it). Just shave your underarm hair, and there is no problem.

For your skin, just make sure you wash your face with a cleanser day and night. If you get oily during the day you can always carry a pack of face wipes. If it gets worse go to a doctor, because you don't want to have scares.

if your acne really bothers you and washing your face with good facewash doesnt help then i suggest going to a dermatologist to take care of it. in my experience its only going to get worse. about your period, dont be embarassed! everyone woman in this world gets it. your friends have it/will get it is just life. you'll be fine! acne and hair is also signs of puberty so those dont necesarily mean your getting your period soon, but you might be. when you get an increased amount of discharge/ or even spotting thats when your period is on its way. just carry a pad around with you incase, it will probably make you feel more comfortable.

Don't be embarrassed... every women goes through it, its nature. Sure at first you are going to be shy about it and all, I was too so that's normal but after a while you'll realize its life. I really do think you should be carrying around a pad just in case it sporadically comes, you don't want to be humiliated for showing through your pants. Your period can come any day now so don't be surprised when it arrives. Don't ever be ashamed about it, you are growing into a women, there's nothing cooler than that! =)

this is always a hard time in life. go to the dermatologist about the acne or try store-bought medicine its called ProActive solution or AcneFree they are two different things and either one will work great! shave under the arms with a regular leg razor, holding your arm up with short downward strokes. In the bikini area..if you wear a bikini or swim suit they make small razors to keep that area under control. you may trim the center to keep it from going to crazy but don't trim too short because it will itch really bad! now about your period yes! you should carry around pads everywhere you never know when you'll start. some girls get emotional or get cramps about 2 weeks before their first period and this may or may not happen to you it could come as a surprise. if it does and leaks through your pants cold water is best for getting out blood stains. then ask a close friend if you can borrow their sweatshirt to tie around your waist and nobody will ever know! i really hope this helps you! Best wishes!

Carrying a couple of pads "just in case" is a good idea. I used to use the blue mask on my face to keep my skin clear.

The biggest thing to keep in mind is that you don't have to be embarrassed. Every female goes through it and everything that's happening to you right now is perfectly natural.

well, you need to decide what your going to use when you have your period;tampons or pads. there are pros and cons with each. tampons are smaller and more discreet to carry while there is the risk of TSS(but it's not common for every girl to get it) Pads feel like wearing a diaper but is a good choise for a young women with her first period, most come in plastic wrapping so when opening them they'll make noise. If you hate unwanted hair I suggest using Nair to remove it since it's less painful then waxing and a girl your age shouldn't go through the pain of waxing, yet.

All sounds perfectly normal to me. If you think you may start your period soon it would be wise to carry a pad with you. As far as the breakouts, be very Gentle with the skin on your face. Always keep it clean but don't let it get dried out. At this time you may want to be sure to use deodorant too. When you start puberty you may also start having more body odor. Just try to relax, this has been happening to all of us females for millions of years and look how far we've come. ;-)

OMG! i am 13 too! i have my period. just carry pads around with u but keep them in a place that other people won't look. u will also get different signs like mood swings, cramps, irratibility, and stuff like that u can't control. try to though i know itz so hard being teenager. once u get it though itz not as scary as it seems. just grin and bear it . thatz all i have 2 say. u can't get rid of it. i know it sucks. once u get more comfortable after u get ur period u will know wat 2 do the next time u get it and it won't b on a regular basis so be prepared.all the best luck 2 u!

yes, its probably a good idea to just be prepared especially when you're in a place that you may not be able to easily access pads/tampons. I ALWAYS keep them with me, but especially when i know i'll be starting my cycle. Having your period isn't something to be embarrassed about, since its only natural and there isn't anything you can do about it. Being prepared will make you less anxious about it...and then you'll come to hate it, as we all do. Good luck!

To carry around pads in case of an emergency is a good idea. I'm sure your mom could probably give you all the information you're looking for.

Well for your face I recommend Clinique 3 step acne system (its a bit pricy though)

And you can get an antipersperant deodorant for the sweating

And you can shave your underarm hair and bikini area and u can even get a nice smelling shaving cream too :D lol

Also you might want to carry pads in your purse just in case you get your period in school and its normal to feel embarassed because I started puberty early and i was sooooo embarassed to tell my mom i got my period but you just have to make sure you have good hygeine and shower often and carry pads and shave and wear deoderant and u should be fine good luck :D

You should start carrying pads... dont use tampons until you got the feel of your period and you know what it does to u and how much blood you have... dont be embarrased though! Talk to your mom about it if they havent talked to you in school yet... talk to your mom either way :)

the best advice i can give is 1st of all, don't worry, this is natural, your turning into a young lady, secondly, carry a pad with you so that when the time comes your ready, and as for the breaking out, i used a cream on my face called ponds, its a face wash but it has no soap in it and it cleared my face up real good, hope this helps you honey.

ok just breath! lol ok and for your face make sure you use soap and use cleanser EVERY** day! and since your a girl you should shave your underarm hair and when summer comes shave your bikini area. and just keep a pantiliner in your purse. but if you get your period at school (like i did) it's like barely anything the first day. so if u don't got a pad just use toilet paper and wait until you get home, or go to the nurse. :)

Yes, carry pads with you just in case!! Shave your hair if it embarrasses you. Try not to touch your face a lot because that's how bacteria get on it, thus resulting in pimples. I hope I helped!!

You can put supplies into your backpack if you want. Really all you need to know is all your options: pads, tampons, cloth pads, instead cups, diva cups, the keeper etc. To relax about it and when it comes embrace it and try to be positive about it.

calm down, all girls have to go through it. i was embarrased about it for a while, just talk to a friend who has started already. you might want to keep a small pad in your purse, in case you start. some signs that you are about to are; cravings, cramps, and back pains.

and the hair is just something you have to get used to. just keep it clean and shaved, always with shaving cream or youll get a rash or bumps.

plus the sweating sucks, it could go away after a while if your lucky. just be sure to use anitpersperant deoterant, that helps.

*just remember its normal to be like this and after you get used to it youll be the one giving advice
