Keep track of the first day and last days of your periods from month to month so you know when to expect them. After a while, you will notice patterns, such as "I'm late by 1 day every other month," etc. Eventually as you get a little older, things should even out. If not, or if you have a lot of cramps and/or heavy flow that last more than 7 days, see a doctor.

leeloo	How old are you, how many days has it happened and are you sexually active? These questions are important in determining what is going on . You don't always get cramps with your period. Most likely it is... but if you are doing other things, its better to cover all of your bases. That and speak with your Mom or school nurse... HTH

hockey.chic	well usually at the end of your period it will slowly turn into a more brownish shade. How long has this been happening? If it only started a few days ago let it do it thing for a coupke more days it could just be your period. As for the cramps not every woman will expierence pain so you just might be one of the lucky ones that dont have to deal with it.
