herdoula	Don't do it. For a few reasons. YOU are perfect the way you are. Don't let anyone else tell you different. There are some major complications that have happened with getting implants. When you have children breastfeeding will be much more difficult for you.

pegasus 1551	picking a good doctor is the hardest part. Never get a doctor simply because he charges less- often, you get what you pay for. Ask some of your friends who have breast augmentation- ask them who did them. Another piece of advice- go as big as you're comfy with- I've often heard about women who have it done, and then have it redone again to have them made larger.

MR. Clean	Number one question Why are they to small are you just don't have any flat chested? Please I do not mean to sound like a jerk but if you are more than and A cup you really don't need to enlarge them any. I a sure you are very pretty just the way you are. There the risk of them bursting or leaking small but still could happen. Yes bigger boobs will turn the mens heads but is that really what you want. I could go on but I do not want to sound like a old stick in the mud. Just think about why you wat this done before you do anything you will be happier if you do.

kptierney	I know several people that have had it done. Check out the Doc thoroughly and ask him/her to describe the method they are going to use to put them in. Some are more painful than others and the methods can result in different looks (natural v. fake).

Mrs Wilkins	don't listen to these people saying not to do it, you have obviously made your mind up. Be ready for pain, a close friend of mine got a boob job and she was really sore for awhile, and remeber to massage to prevent hard scar tissue. Good Luck!

I'm sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear, but it is my honest opinion. If you want your chest to look fuller, you can always buy a good bra that will give you some lift.

SamSam	Hmmm... i already read a few immature responses... feeble attempts to be funny. since it seems you are gonna go for it, then you obviously researched it and have specific reasons for wanting this surgery... and that is good. if there were any doubts about the procedure, I would suggest you go to the website below. Understand that while most women seeking breast augmentation do so as a means to improve an apparent imperfection and improve their self perception. Unfortunately while the improvements attract more superficial attention, the attention is often negative and does little for one's self esteem. if the imperfection is NOT this, then it will be something else: nose, abs, buttocks, thighs, etc. if you have made up your mind, then best of luck with the surgery.
