GIRLS ONLY... How old were u when you got your period?

My Daughter just turned 11 and got her period... She dosn't have big boobs, do you think thts young?...

Patti	I got mine at 14 my older sister got hers at 12 and my younger sister got hers at 10 everyone is different don't worry about it, and none of us really developed boobs till we were about 16
LAME!	I got mine the day after my 12th birthday. My boobs were far from big. That age is perfect.

Chelsea G	I got mine when I was 9 years old. The range is from about 9-17, she's not too young. Breasts aren't a huge indicator of it either.

Daddy's Little Girl	No, 11 isn't to young. All girls start at different times but whenever she starts is the best time for her. I started mine like the wk after I turned 12 and mine have always been regular but your daughter's may be irregular for up to 2 yrs. I have an aunt that started her's when she was only 8 and she had to older sisters that didn't start until they were 15. My sister got her first a few wks ago and she is 11 as well. As far as boobs go don't expect her to have much she is only 11. As she gets older and farther into puberty they will come.

Read My Lips	14 and was flat as a pancake 15 now and still as flat as a pancake.. with a bit of cream on it i suppose... Do you expect an 11 yr old to have big boobs? I dont think so. It's completely normal for a girl that age to be 'flat', don't worry about it at all.
emotal1	Everyone is different, but I know I was only 9 yrs old when I got mine. My sister at the time was 11 yrs old and she was so jealous that I started before her. She didn't get hers till she was 13 yrs old. Sounds like she's right on schedule. My daughter was in 4th grade when she started hers that would have made her 11 yrs old too, so sound right to me. Don't stress out over it. I have a 14 yr old daughter and would be glad to talk to you some more if you'd like. I can honestly say, "been there, done that!" for most of what you'll be going through.
InLoveWithABoy :]	13. i had 0 boobs too. there really is no age limit, but if you are concerned about it, call her doctor. they can usually answer any questions you may have.
. j 3 s$ i;	i was thirteen, im sixteen now and i still have the smallest boobs ever. but some girls' chests are bigger than others no matter on the age, time of period, etc.

October	I'm fifteen and I got my period this year. It's not that young now adays, because of all of the horomones in meat, which is why I'm a veggetarian!! (well, not the only reason). Some girls get their periods at nine years old!!! And I've just gotten my period and don't have "big boobs" either, but they've really just started to grow, so I know that they'll get bigger. Some people just develope at different rates...So don't worry!! And if you are, just ask a doctor!

Stunnah	Yes it is. But, someone, i won't list who, close to me got theirs when she just turned 9. So no worrys. She's an early bloomer, and she'll still be developing way into her adolescent years, so i wouldn't worry. Her chest size most likely develop way later as well. Take care, xx

Danielle S	its normal but most girls don't get it until around 13 or 14. It depends though. Taller and larger girls get it earlier. I am 13 1/2 and I didn't get mine yet.
