Yes, the vagina should be somewhat wet normally. If it is too dry, which happens with age, this can be a problem. Just thinking of sexual acts can make a girl wetter, like men you do not have to actually touch that area to be aroused, but it would be hard to orgasm for just a thought. Yes its perfectly normal, some girls just get more wet than others even when just thinking about sexual activities or doing math.. Theres no rhyme or reason its just a personal thing, some women have discharge or wetness everyday, others don't even get that wet when having sex.
