no because it is very very uncomfortable and they are supposed to get some "breathing time" just like you arent supposed to wear underwear to bed because it reduces vaginal infections but it just is your personal preferance on what you want to do

ha! Oh the worries of those endowed with big breasts and the envy of those women who don't. lol. why would you want to sleep with your bra on? I prefer to sleep in a satin negligee or a chemise. Frederick's of Hollywood has some great sleepwear, good prices, and fit women of all shapes and sizes!

OMG!!! That is the worst feeling in the world! You should not go to sleep with your bra on because it is not healthy. It makes your breast sore, so NEVER do it! And yes, the bigger, the more it hurts, I know!

Most definitely I do. I am uncomfortable without it and to tell you the truth, I think it is a matter of personal choice. Not an issue if you do and not an issue if you don't it is your choice. Whatever you are most comfortable with.

I don't. I have DD's, but I have also heard that you need to let your breasts be natural, outside of your bra, otherwise, they won't be used to fighting gravity on their own. So when you are older they will sag much more than they should. I have also heard that you can get breast cancer that way. So as a rule of thumb, when I am just lounging around the house, I don't wear one. And I sure as hell don't wear one when I sleep. That would be like wearing shoes when I sleep.

I heard wearing a bra to bed helps to prevent sagging. I just started wearing one (sadly I am middle-aged) already sag. I wear sports bras which are all cloth and have no hooks. They are very comfortable.
