My cramps were bad but never that bad. You need to go see your doc and get checked out. You could have endometriosis.

If you're talking about 'those' cramps, then yes, I've had them before. My doctor put me on muscle relaxers so I wouldn't have to miss school or work because of it. Try going and getting checked out though, if the cramps happen when it's not your time of the month. It could be a cist (or more) on your ovaries, When they burst, there is severe pain, stiffness, fever, dizziness, nausea and even vomiting. It may also be a UTI, which can get dangerous if it's not taken care of. Might as well make an appointment just to make sure .
Hope they get better, either way.

That hit me once recently when i was at school (very crappy time to hit) and i actually couldn't see, the whole room went black. That was the first time it hit me and i was in the middle of a really bad cold too. But if it happens more then I'm checkin it up with a doc and you should too if it happens multiple times.
Also, drinking lots of water is a great idea and helps ur muscles contract work better with less pain/effort

Dizziness and cramps are normal, but when they come with the other symptoms, it could be fatal. You should definitely see a doctor.

Yes, you should go to the doctor. My sister had the same thing and when she went to the doctor they told her she had Endometriosis. Read up on it and see if your symptoms match.....

Menstrual cramps can range from mild to quite severe. Mild menstrual cramps may be barely noticeable and of short duration - sometimes felt just as a sense of light heaviness in the belly. Severe menstrual cramps can be so painful that they interfere with a woman's regular activities for several days.
Your cramps as described above sound alike to severe menstural cramps. This condition is worth seeing the doctor for. Don't worry it's completely treatable, and you'll be happy you did it. Big time happy.
peace
