Carla	Yes they really work. Or they do for me that is. Kotex Super Plus. Change it out ever 2 hours. No the only reason for it to leak is if you didn't change it out. Pros to using them: less nasty, less mess, less smell, no diaper feeling when using pads cons: non that I have. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

Cant believe im doing this	OH MAN THEY'RE HEAVEN!!! BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO MY LIFE. I've been using them for 6 years now since I was 13. I suggest Tampax Pearl Juniors. Lots of people like playtex but I dont like pulling playtex out. If you do choose playtex, you should use Playtex Sport. anddd they don't leak...unless you leave it in for too long..and in that case you should add a pantyliner to your underwear so you don't stain. scooter	well it all depends on if your in the water or not? im guessing but ive never used one becuse of the risks 1 the risk of infection 2 pain 3 embarrisment if it comes out 4 the hastle. with pads you know its there all times! good luck and good question! AJ	Theyre great!! Get the Pearl kind. The only time they leak is if you leave them in too long. Plus if you have a really heavy flow and it soaks thru them a little fast. *~lovely one~*	Yes, they work way better than a pad. I had never used tampons cause I was always scared they'd be uncomfortable, or maybe leak, but when I finally tried them, I liked them way better than a pad. You don't get that gross feeling when you're ready to change your pad. It's much more of a relief cause you don't have to constantly be checking if you stained yourself. I love em. blueyedblondej5	Tampons work amazing. I remember I was always afraid to use them, but I'm so glad I decided to start using them because now periods aren't messy and they're not as much of a hassle.
