of course you can, but i should think it would be very uncomfortable.
best to sleep with no clothing on at all.
let the body feel free.

a friend of mine does because her breasts are quite large. I did as well for a while because I normally wear a DD and it is just a little more comfortable with some support at night too. You aren't going to do any damage sleeping in a bra, but I would suggest nothing heavy duty or with underwire as that can be uncomfortable. If you want to I suggest a cotton bra or a sports bra with more support than a regular one.

You can, but it's not healthy. It can cause benign cysts. I've been there...they hurt!

There are what are called sleeping bras for people who are really large breasted. Some people find they need the support 24 hours a day. I'm not big and I don't sleep with my bra on. It would be too uncomfortable.

This is what almost all of the women in my family do, (we are all pretty busty) and my aunts have stayed remarkably perky into their 50’s
FIRST – wear a properly fitting, well sized, supportive bra. This should be something that holds the girls up, and keeps them supported. Your everyday bras should be under wire, full coverage, and comfy. If your bras lack any of those characteristics – they are the wrong size / wrong bra for you. If your under wires poke you, you are wearing the wrong size. Go and have a bra fitting done for you. If you go to a Leggs Hanes Bali store the sales girls (and guys) are trained to fit your bra properly. I like Bali bras – but sometimes they are a bit lack luster in the fashion department, so I also wear a lot of VS Second Skin Satin bras – they fit me well, provide sufficient support for me (though more would be fine) and come in a huge variety of colors. I HATE Playtex bras. They are ugly, and they SMELL. Avoid them at all costs.
Never wear a soft cup bra for regular daily wear. There is simply not enough support to risk it. Besides, with a properly fit under wire bra, a good supportive under wire is at least as comfy as any soft cup.
Special occasions are special occasions, and require special bras – avoid going braless however – unless that is the occasion.
Second – When doing ANY type of exercise – including things like gardening – or anything else that may cause extra bouncing, wear a good, strong sports bra, something that is capable of holding the girls in and controlling all of the bounce. One of my aunts has been known to wear two sports bras on occasion. An even better solution is to not do any sort of bounce inducing exercise and confine your work-out to the pool. The water prevents you from doing any damage to your breasts (or joints) and provides excellent all over toning and cardio work out all in one.
Third – and this is the real secret – and it is the critical step. Wear a bra to bed. Sleep in a bra every night. This does not need to be a firm support under wire contraption, and it does not need to be uncomfortable at all. In fact – it should be comfortable. No one does a lot of bouncing when they sleep, so all this bra is doing is keeping the girls in place – it does not need to be firm support. These bras are a bit harder to find, but they are worth the effort, and worth what you have to pay. Try to find “leisure” bras, or “sleeping” bras. If you google them you will find something. They are a MUST if you want to remain perky for as long as possible – and well worth any trouble you may have to go through to find them.

Sure, you can wear your bra to sleep in. It's not real comfortable, but it won't hurt you or the bra.

You can, but it isn't always the most comfortable. If you want to wear something for support at night, I suggest a cami with built in bra...either way, avoid underwire bras for nite wear, they are far more uncomfortable to sleep in than bras without the wire.

Yes. I started wearing one last year, and I wore them when I was having my children. Do not wear an underwire one though. It can hurt. It is a great way to keep from having them sag as you age. Try a light support, or a shelf bra already in a tank top. I use them and they are great.
Good luck.

Yes, you can. And if you buy the right kind of bra it's not uncomfortable at all. You don't even realize it's there.

Yes you can, its not going to mess up anything. I did from the time I started wearing bras until about a year ago and I'm 21 now and there is nothing wrong with mine. It wasn't even uncomfortable like everyone says, maybe I was just used to it. I remember always getting lectured from my grandma about it because she said that if I wore it when I slept they wouldn't learn to stay up on they're own haha

Yours is not the first question about this..I don't know why you would want to but I can't imagine it would cause any problems..there are sleep bras that are not as binding and are soft if this would work..

You can, but it is not necessary- there are night-time type bras available that hook in the front if you feel you need to wear a bra at night.
