Yes, although they may need to use the smaller "junior absorbancy" ones. Tampons with plastic applicators are easier for younger/ smaller girls to use, as well.

Absolutely! Just make sure it's the right size and absorbency for your needs. Smaller sizes will no doubt be better for you, as will smooth applicators, rather than sticks or the kind that you insert with your fingers.
And no, using tampons does not make you no longer a virgin. Having intercourse makes you no longer a virgin. Period. (So to speak!)

Of course a virgin can use a tampon. That won't mean that she has broken her virginity..The tampon won't break her maidenhead. Only if you tear the lining of the maidenhead will you lose you virginity.
