stormy.!	The answer is: you're only 13. Puberty isn't just a one-year thing - you continue to develop all through your teenage years until you reach adulthood - even then, you still may get zits and grow! You will most likely be getting your period soon. If you're a very active person, you may be delaying it a little, but it's nothing to worry about. haleymock	Sometimes people start developing hair or puberty growths in certain places on their bodies more than in other places. Your breasts may or may not come later, depending on your genes. If your mother and her side of the family have breasts, you may get them. If your father's side of women do too, trust me, you're going to get boobs. If one side has the breasts and the other doesn't, it's a 50/50 chance for you getting boobs. But since you're 13 and haven't start your true puberty stages, give it until you're 14-15 and you'll almost definately hit puberty. When that happens, your breasts will be a little sore and you will see them grow drastically! When I was 13 I had 30-32A too and I hated it. Now I am 15 and my breasts are 36-B. Also, get plenty of Vitamin D, Calcium (milk products), and the right meats and that may also help your boobs develope faster. Oh! I made my boobs grow by throwing ball and catching. I know it sounds stupid, but when I did it, the muscles in my boobs got bigger, which made my boobs bigger. Just make sure you treat each boob evenly or else you may get very uneven boobs. Good Luck! diana f	You are totally normal. Everyone gets different traits at different ages. There is lots to do and lots to learn when you are 13. Pick a sport, hobby or learn something new. Have fun. Before you know it you will have your period (not a lot of fun) and some new boobs (usually a lot of fun, but sometimes confusing), and you will be a woman with other achievements besides these (which pretty much all girls have eventually). Madame Zzz	Every body is different (and I mean that in the sense that each and every person's body is different) and no two people develop in the same way or at the same time. All of the puberty signs you're showing are just that - signs of becoming a woman. None of those signs happens only after getting a period. A good example of how slow puberty & changes can be is that my now 14 year old son's voice just changed over the past year, but he's had dark "man hair" on his legs, been using deoderant (it was necessary) and had both arm pit hair and a few pubes since he was 8 years old. And he's nowhere near done with puberty! If you are very, very concerned, though, ask your mom to schedule an appointment with your family doctor or her gynecologist. But if I were you, I'd give it a few more months. (one quick note - I heard somewhere once that girls do not get their period until their body fat reaches a certain percentage which usually happens between 105-115 lbs. - any chance you're under that and maybe that's part of the delay?) cracka	Those are all called "secondary sex characteristics". You get all these characteristics, and then your period comes. When did your mom get her period? When she got it will be a good indication of when you will get yours. A year or two before or after your mom got hers will most likely be when you get yours. Don't worry. You want your period now, but once you get it, you'll wish you don't have it. All it is is a big hassle. But I was excited when I got mine. I was 12. Dusty	look at it this way, when guys are young and there pissed because they cant grow facial hair or chest hair, but when it happens they are more pissed off that they have to shave it. jordpr_93	actually everyything you're experiencing is supposed to come before your period..those are like small signs preparing you for womanhood telling you youre growing up and that your period is coming! so you are perfectly normal, the same stuff happened with me. and everyone is different it could still be years before you get your period...you never know. my mom barely had any boobs at 16 and didnt get her period till 15 and now has c's...so, if anything, know women are all different! and trust me-be GLAD your period hasnt come yet it SUCKS!!!! :) good luck, try not to worry i promise youre normal! hope i helped!
