The red bumps are most likely your swollen taste buds. The get swollen when you rub your tongue against something tough.
Like a lollipop or something.
The white stuff is your tongues way of telling your body it is dehydrated.
Drink water and that problem should go away.
Hope I could Help

Could be strep, or a bevy of other infections. If you don't want to go to the doctor right away, gargle 3X per day with Listerine for a couple of days and see if that helps. Truly you should see a doctor, a round of antibiotics will clear it up in 96 hours.

see your doctor and stop worrying. It is probably something that can be easily taken care of with medication.

The white stuff is thrush. Brush it off. It will go away. The red bumps are taste buds. You're fine.

You have to see a dentist for an examination, they have a new instrument to examine your mouth it cost about $65.00 and it shows every thing like an MRI. but it is worthy.

The real problem is that the germs in your tongue, n that you just don't need to brush, use a Mouthwash, it could result having a bad breath if you just let it be that way.

Sounds like you have thrush...it is a form of oral yeast. Start eating lots of yogurt!
