You really can't diagnose a rash from a description, and be diagnosing anything else either. This forum is good if you already know the problem and want more information about it.

Eczema, maybe?
It tends to be seasonal with weather and can itch like crazy.

you need your liver checked for diseases like hepatitis c. everyone has one risk factor. when the liver is damaged, a rash like this can appear, it also can become chronic.
good luck.

i was going to also suggest scabies, but that is HIGHLY contagious so if you've had it that long then other people you live/work/go to school with would have surely contracted it by now.
my second guess would be eczema. but you really shouldn't take the advice of people on the internet.... go see a doctor, girl!!!
good luck!

If it keeps coming back, it could either be allergetic or fungal. You should really go see your dermatologist.

Go see the doctor. This rash can be from a number of things and you need to get in to see him. He may refer you to a dermatologist. There are so very many reasons for rashes and many of them can be quite serious.

Sounds like you might have a fungal infection. Possibly ring worms. Go to a dermatologist and have yourself checked out.

If it is only happening in winter months it could be that "winter skin". I get that on my hands every winter now.

Sounds like psoriasis - go to the doctor - I have the same thing on my ankle - it's been there for years and hasn't spread - doctor gave me some cream to keep it from spreading.
