B. D Mac	It is not a pimple. LoOKs like a cyst. A think getting sick to your stomach may be extreme however I would immediately go clean up in the restroom and if it got on my clothes I would ask to go home to change. Try to remember to do this quietly and do not blame the student. It is not his fault that he has this. Try to remember what you feel like when you get a large pimple and imagine how this guy felt.
