Have you been checked for anemia? You can get dark circles under your eyes if you're anemic. Make sure you're eating enough foods that are high in iron (meat), or take vitamin supplements with iron.

You should really try Vitamin A and B. Also try avoiding sodium, caffeine, diuretic pills, and stress. Also when you do go to sleep you should wear an overnight facial masques. These help reduce the puffiness or discoloration. But you can make your own. STEPS: 1. take a washcloth and wet it (just a little) with cold water. 2. squeeze out any excess water. 3. place the washcloth over your eyes while you are sleeping. I hope this helps. Make sure you take a long vacation and get some rest though.

Stri-Vectin. It's kinda expensive but get the Stri-Vectin cream for under eyes circles. It does work, but like all creams, it's going to take a few weeks.

Nah, not really. Undereye creams make all kinds of promises, but they're really just glorified moisturizers. They won't hurt, and might make a slight improvement but unfortunately...sleep is the answer.

Mary, dark circles are often caused due to sleeplessness or disturbed sleep. Genetics too could predispose you to developing dark circles. You can reduce the darkness in the short term by applying slices of cold cucumber to the area for 15 minutes. Using an under eye concealer also hides the unsightly dark circles. For longer lasting results, use an under eye cream daily, it can improve the appearance of dark circles. If the Vitamin K didn't work, look for creams that contain vitamin C. If you have a chronic case of under eye circles, you should contact a doctor about treatments.
Also tea bags, boil them and then cool them in the freezer and place on eyes.
