I have actually heard that injecting Botox into the armpits will greatly lessen, and even eliminate sweating all together. A little expensive, and is temporary. You have to keep getting it done.

dont know how to do that, but you should consume lots of water, and dont eat onions or Garlic. try to stick to fruits and veggis, that way, when you do sweat, it wont stink.

Are you a nervous person???
Use baby powder, before you leave to go to school and at lunchtime or whatever just rub your self down... on your back, legs, arms and stomach.
It'll releive your skin and it will keep it cool and dry.

Maybe your body is trying to tell you to be more active, and that's the only way it can communicate with you.
Let me ask you something: Are you incredibly lazy?
If so, the slightest movement might be too much work for you.
Maybe that's it: you're just lazy.
That was easy.

Well, sense your 14 your body actually produces more sweat then normal.
Ways to help the sweat is wearing a slip sold in the lingerie sections everywhere (no worries, it just goes under your clothes over your bra) and it actually soaks up the sweat so it doesn't show on your clothes.
Plus, you can dry clinical deoderant (secret, degree ect.) and put it on your underarms and chest (no worries, no one will notice!)
Hope this really helps you! I had a really bad sweating problem when I was younger!

Probadly is your teens hormones...check with a doctor, they could prescribe something for this or see the reason why are you sweating so much.
By now try to use cotton shirts ,as skin breaths better with this kind of fabrics.Avoid using much clothes(layering)...thermal as well...try to switch deodorants, use clean wipes for emergencies and baby powder after showers..

However for armpit solution try this.
Okay I am a small girl at 5'1 and 100 lbs and I sweat more than people that weigh like 400 lbs. My parents told me that I would grow out of it, but by the time I turned 15 I was in high school and needed help. No D.O. would work for me to stop the excessive sweating (I mean I tried everything) and I could not wear like any shirts. Then, I went to doctors and told her my problem, and then she gave me the miracle stuff. Omg its amazing!! It is perscription, but if you have insurance it should only cost about $10.00 and one bottle lasts for about a month if not longer. It is called "hypercare Solution". It is a solution of: Aluminum Chloride (Hexahydrate) 20% w/v in Anhydrous Ethyl Alcohol (S.D. Alcohol 40) 93% v/v. You use it 1-2 times daily every day for the first week, then only 2-3 times every week after that and you will seriously STOP sweating. You should start seeing a drastic difference within 1-3 days and stop sweating at most after the first week. I could wear anything I wanted and even run in gym class and my armpits not sweat at all, they would only get warm, but no wetness. Suddenly I started to find out that other girls at my school had the same problem and I told them about this stuff and they got it and they had the same results. It is really great stuff, itching and some burning is normal right after use, especially for the first week, but personally I think that is better than sweating like a freaking 500 lb. man. Even on a 95 degree day, I was wearing a fitted tee and I did not sweat one bit on my under arms and I mean I had a severe sweating problem that even my friends would ask why do I sweat so much, especially for my body type. My sweat stains would be like half down the side of shirt on each side, even when the rest of my body was cold-isnt that weird?! My doctor told me that I will eventually grow out of it in my 20s (because the extreme excessive sweating is due to my hormones and now my doctor says that my hormones are still crazzy because I just started birth control a year ago and that messes my hormones up too), but I am still using it at 19 and I LOVE THIS STUFF. I have never seen any better crap in my life! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING YOUR DOCTOR-YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

This is common and there are loads of things on the market that will help you, though some of them are prescription. Go to your doctor, tell him/her about your problem and they will tell you how best to deal with it. You may be getting dehydrated from all the sweating too, and loosing salt, so they may need to give you some vitamins or something.

Firstly, sweating is a totally natural phenomena in your body. Although westernized people have a negative idea on sweating, sweating clears your blood and body by excreting waste in form of liquid waste. So, sweating a lot might not be a bad thing at all.
Secondly, you don't want to walk around with all those sweat on your body. It also generates smell by reacting with bacteria (same way waste generates smell). A natural way to get rid of that sweat might be to bathe as necessary. Now, from experience, washing only partial body doesn't work so well. But a good shower helps. Also, you can take pills if you feel it is necessary. Just ask your doctor about the side effects.
Thirdly, sweaty armpit might make you feel uncomfortable. It is also not so pleasing to eyes. There are many deodorants that tackle sweaty armpit by clogging pores in the applied areas. What they don't mention is that, you need to clean it off everyday in order to prevent white/black heads etc. Also, they lose their effect within 12-24 hours.
Hope that helps.

14 is the age to sweat. ;)
Seriously, when I was a teenager I had the same problem at some point, plus the smell of my sweat was weird, too.
But it fixed itself some time later.
You're going through that puberty period, your hormones try and work in unison of your new woman's body.
If you have some extra weight, then that too may be the reason.
But generally like I said should be all right when you're older.

There are soooo many people out there in the same boat as you including myself and my sister! - I'm 24 and she's 21 although we've both sweated lots since we were younger!
There is something called Driclor which is like a deodrant which helped one of my friends - but for me and my sister nothing worked so we've both had Botox in our armpits - although I do still sweat a bit (like you said even when it's cold!) not sure if they'd do Botox on you as you're only 14 but there are many other options to try out before you go for botox

Go and see your doctor or local clinic and have a blood pressure test done as soon as you can. This is one sign of a heart problem such as Angina or restricted blood flow.Once you are sure of your health condition, then you can tackle the perspiration ,which is,after all, just the normal way for the body to function, especially when you are young.Your doctor is the best one to advise on that.GOOD LUCK,I HOPE IT GETS SORTED.

I recently saw on a TV documentary that Botox of all things is effective in reducing sweat gland's activity. You'd have to see a dermatologist or your family doctor to discuss using that or some other way of getting your overactive sweat glands to behave themselves.

Here is some info (its from an answer I gave to a similar question a while back)
it is a condition called hyperhidrosis
there is a product called Certain-dry and Dry Sol which I think you apply only at night maybe for only a few days or maybe a week and its supposed to last for a short while before you apply again... not sure exactly if I am right on how it works.
http://www.amazon.com/Certain-Dri-Anti-Perspirant-Roll-35-5/dp/B000052X8R
there is also a product called Sweat Block that you apply once a week.
http://www.sweatblock.com/
you might be able to use these on other areas of the body like if you have excessive sweating on the hands but I am not sure.
if your sweating is not controllable by these then there is something called "Drionic" which they have underarm versions or hand/feet versions. You have to do I think 2 half hour sessions and depending on if you do it on low or high you have to do it for 7-8 hours total or double that on low. This is supposed to stop sweating for up to 6 weeks at a time. It stings when you use it but once you are used to it I guess its not that bad by what my uncle told me (he uses it with great success). Your underams will be red when first using it until you get used to it. But once you get through the treatments it will go back normal after some days. My uncle said this is the best thing he has ever tried as it stops his excessive sweating (he even sweat a lot during winter when it was snowing)
http://www.drionic.com/
also, if you don't want to go this route and your excessive sweating is on your underarms, there are underarm guards you can place on your clothing that absorb the sweat and prevent those armpit wet circles some people get.
there is
http://www.sweatex.com/
it says its not see-thru but if you are wearing a t-shirt you can see "something" there... they may not know its the underarm pads... but you can always wear a very thin undershirt with the sweat pad attached then your regular t-shirt or any other top over that.
and these:

Poor honey, that is terrible. I would talk to your mum and see if she will take you to the doctor as they may have some remedies for that. Otherwise go to the pharmacist and see if there is anything they can recommend. Don't be embarassed about it, everyone sweats, you are normal and as your body changes this sweating will probably calm down and you will not notice it at all! Good luck sweetie xxx
