My sister had this problem. To get the dead skin off her face she used sugar, but your supposed to used salt. Usually the dead skin is dry Skin. Anyway, um...you can try this and see if it works. Okay, get your hand a little wet, and put salt on it. Rub the salt onto your face. It is going to feel a little scratchy. Well, not scratchy but like sand paper. The salt is really good for your skin though, so its okay. After you rub the salt in, wash your face thoroughly. I hope it works for you! Oh, and to keep your face smooth. try putting lotion on it. That should help too. Good luck! =)

A good Apricot facial scrub will exfoliate all of that dead skin off.St.Ives makes a good one.If you use that a couple of times a week with a good moisturizer, like Oil of Olay for sensitive skin, you should see some relief.Don't ever use salt. The grains of salt are actually square under a microscope. They will leave tiny, stinging cut on your face.

Well I am not sure what you have tried but here are some things.
-Apricot scrub "St Ives" - wal-mart or any frug store
-a rough wash cloth
-hot water
Also, dont go too crazy scrubbing cause you might damage your skin, just smoothly exfoliate.
If this is a continuous problem you may need to see a dermatologist and do microdermabrasion.

i'd go to the doctor
sounds like you might have a skin condition
honestly, don't rub or pick at it anymore than you HAVE to
the doc might be able to give you some cream or pills to clear it up quickly
BUT if you've been picking or rubbing it you might make it worse and it will take longer to fix
good luck

Have you tried using a scrub cleanser? St. Ives makes an amazing Apricot cleanser that sloughs away dead skin cells really easily. If you have tried it and it hasn't worked I suggest going to a makeup counter such as Clinique. Don't worry they sell facial products for men that are very good quality and work wonderful. A consultant will examine your skin and give you something for it. You can try it out for a few days and if it doesn't work you can always return it for a full refund. Another thing that would work would to see a dermatologist. they can help you clear the problem and prevent it from happening again.......They are the best since they are experts. But give Clinique a try first. My boyfriend uses the moisturizer for his dry Skin and it works amazing. you can find Clinique at any major department store

I think you are talking about dry Skin......ask your mom if you can use some face cream....winter takes a lot of oils from the skin....you can also treat from the inside out....use some healthy oils in cooking and on salads.....you may also have a rash....cortizone cream (any drug store) is great for this.

Have you tried a facial scrub? It's very rough like it has sand in it. If you have, I recommend you see a dermatologist.
