firstly, as you probably already know, the other players blood needs to contain the HIV/AIDS virus..
you stated that you had small cuts on your arm that were healing... is it possible that whilst playing football, a cut opened up again and blood entered your bloodstream? this in mind, i would go to the doctors to make 100% sure.
but if you are sure that the cuts were not open at the time you had blood stains on your arm, then you should be safe.
dont forget that the HIV/AIDS virus dhas a very low survival rate outside the human body.

First, the person doing the BLEEDING has to be HIV positive.
Second, you have to have an OPEN wound or sore (scabbed over wounds don't count) for the virus to enter your bloodstream.
IF BOTH of those requirements are met, then there IS a chance of contracting the disease but not as bad as a needle stick...

if you didn't have any open wounds, and I would assume ther blood most likely came froma aperson that is not hiv positive... you don't need to worry. I ama phlebotomist and I work with blood, and even with a needlestik exposure from an hiv positive person, its only a 3% chance of getting it, so I wouldn't lose any sleep over that.

It doesn't matter how big or how tiny the cuts were on your arm, you could still get AIDS if you allowed the blood from somebody else who already had the disease to make contact with your cuts.
It's not really worth panicking about it now though but maybe you could get some advice and a check up or something if you suspect the person's blood was contaminated with AIDS.

no u couldnt get aids from tht even if ur cuts WERE open because once the aids infested blood hits air, it dies. it only stays alive when its inside someones body
or through needles because the needles have the iron and the special things
to keep it alive, but u cant get it from bleeding on someone u have nothing to worry about
trust me

When the disease AIDS from one's blood the virus is killed and can not infect others. Think about it wouldn't every single athlete have to be tested and not be allowed to play? They tried that in basketball and it didn't hold. Don't worry you are just fine but AIDs test are usually free MTV lets you text your zip to knowit for a testing site near you

Get tested if you're not sure...all I know is that when the two bloods mix then that's how you get aids...there are also other bodily fluids that this can occur from but I don't remember which ones do and which ones don't count.

I would not worry about it at all. Chances of someone infected with HIV to be playing football with you in the first place is very low. And chances of you getting it from an infected person through this type of contact are extremely low as well. I would rinse it, and if still worried get tested in 3 months for your peace of mind (you will be negative). Hope this helps.

Chances are you didn't. But in theory if the other person had aids and if it did get into a cut you could have. Even if the cuts on your arm looked to be healing you can never be sure. It sounds like this is worrying you and I would not want to say without a doubt that no you can't get aids from that. I would recommend that you go for a test for your peace of mind. It is a good thing to know for sure anyway.
I think the suggestion of donating blood is a brilliant one. They have to test for aids before using the blood and they will soon advise you if you are infected. I donate regularly and it doesn't hurt but will certainly save lives.
