Body odor is largely influenced by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. These are genetically determined and play an important role in immunity of the organism. The vomeronasal organ contains cells sensitive to MHC molecules in a genotype-specific way. Experiments on animals and volunteers have shown that potential sexual partners tend to be perceived more attractive if their MHC composition is substantially different. This behavior pattern promotes variability of the immune system of individuals in the population, thus making the population more robust against new diseases.
A recent study suggests that body odor is genetically determined by a gene that also codes the type of earwax one has.[2][3] Oriental Asians (those of Chinese, Japanese and Korean descent) have the type of sweat glands which even after hitting puberty still don't produce the chemicals found in the sweats of other races. East Asians evidently have a greater chance of having the 'dry' earwax type and reduced axial sweating and odor. This may be due to adaptation to colder climates.

It's natural to be smelly when you sweat... it happens to EVERYBODY... it's not a big deal..
Don't eat Garlic.. my past boyfriend loved Garlic, he'd stink up the whole house with his breath and would sweat it out, yuck! In other words, what you eat is what you will smell like!
Not all deodorant works that great on everybody, you have to find the right one for you. I am a women and Dove is the only one that works for me, its great!
Powder helps absorb sweat "downstairs" region.
Good Luck

There are two types of odor. That caused by bacteria, and that caused by your diet. If you are bathing, but you still have bacteria on your skin that make you smell sour, you can buy something called a deoderant stone. I use one every day and it is a miracle. It doesn't smell like anything, it is just a salt stone. It prevents stinky bacteria from growing. You can just use it under your arms before putting on deoderant, or you can put it in a spray bottle of water and let it dissolve. Then after your shower, you can spray a light mist of the water on your skin and it will prevent bacteria for one day. If it is dietary or just your chemical make up, the best things you can do are drink more water and eat more green vegetables and less spicey food and red meat. Pork in particular can make a funky body odor.

shower regularly.....and use deodorant and always have a back up in your purse...or if you don't have a purse find a way to carry it with you at all time.....use lemon and rub it in your armpit before going to shower...do it for couple month then the odour will be gone!

you can smell body odor more if your are wearing a tank top versus a tshirt. Lots of deoterent (the roll-ons seem to work the best IMO). If it's still bad, experiment with showering both before you go to bed and after you wake up.

Ok, I am going to stretch here.
I am assuming that there are times when you odor is more "offensive' than others.
Ok, now I want you to watch your diet on those days that it is worse.
Pay attention to what you eat. If you are eating Onions or bell peppers or sausage etc.. try avoiding these things then see if the problem goes away.
Alot of times those odors are expelled through your sweat glands and if you haev a mild allergy to the food it can be even worse.

Unfortunately I don't believe there is a cure... Bathe often (warm to cool water - not hot), use an antiperspirant/deodorant (not just deodorant) and try the body sprays out on the market - there are a ton to choose from and they are not as overpowering as cologne. There are also clinical strength antiperspirant/deodorants now which are much stronger than the regular ones on the shelf. Also - check with your Dr - body odor is one of the signs of diabetes

best to take a morning soapy shower, and one at night. Deodorant can be used, but it's healthier to sweat naturally. Perhaps bring along a change of clothes.....

Besides the obvious of cleaning yourself (shower/soap) and using deorderant, it could be very well attributed to your diet. I would speak to nutritionist or even a homepath about the problem.
