All of those are myths...and washing your face 5 times a day won't help either....If its such a big problem for you, you should go to a dermatologist and they can def help you out..

When I ordered my ProActiv it said that greasy foods don't contribute to acne. No foods do. Thing only thing that does anything is drinking lots of water which keeps your skin somewhat clear.
and also chocolate doesn't do anything

With or without breakouts, I am sure your whole complexion will be better with a well balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetable as opposed to junk food. The vitamins in the fruits and veggies could help prevent break outs.

No, Acne Is A Bacterial Infection. Eating Greasy And Fattening Food s Will Contribute Though. ProActive Does Help. I Used That. But ProActive, Depending On Where You Buy It From (ex. Mall/Reatailer) Can Get To Be Expensive. If You Are Looking For Soething A Little Cheaper Try Clearasil. That Works Pretty Good Also. Benzoil Peroxide Is In Those Products, It Kills Bacteria. You Could Also Try An Antibacterial Soap Such As Dial Or LAVA And Rub Benzoil Peroxide On With A Cotton Ball Directly After That Follow Up With Rubbing Alcohol, After That Make Sure You Put On A Moisturizer After That..Because It Will Burn Your Skin Over Time.

i know that oily foods make you break out. it is when the oil clogs your pores and that makes you break out.but i never heard of things that help you not break out but washing your face dally

just make sure you eat LOTS of fruit (like berries -they have lots of antioxidents) vitimin C, D, A.
and DRINK LOTS OF WATER # 1 SECRET TO GREAT CLEAR SKIN! DETOXIFIES THE SKIN! and make sure to exfoliate 1 a week! shower lots too!

yeah stuff with like fat and greace and oil make you break out. only if your a sloppy eater and get it on your face though :p. and ofcourse healthy foods prevent it =]

What the others have said is true, but not everyone reacts the same to foods. Some people have good genetics and don't break out at all, others have problems all their lives.
If your having a lot of problems, I'd suggest you see a dermatologist.

Hi girl, here's alittle advice..
You learn to take care of your body and skin and eat healthy and you will look healthy.
Eating junk food builds up toxins inside your body which eventually appear on your skin.
Need to eat plenty of apples and beetroot perfect to get rid of toxins in the body.
Also vingar too helps to clear the skin.. Go for pickled onions they are good skin cleansers. Eat them every night with your meal.
Eat an Apple on a morning it's the perfect time to get rid of toxins that have builded up inside you.
They taste good and you'll also look good too.
Dont be too worried, if your break out's get worse buy some:

What causes them is the fact that some foods cause ur hormones to go haywire and that causes "break outs". Try to control these types of food and you will see a decline in "break outs".

Yes eating all the fast foods and greasy things will make you break out........An old remedy for achne is lemon juice and alum,,,,,make a paste and rub on your face with a piece of the lemon rine...........Alum is a spice used for pickling....You can buy it in the grocery stores............try to put it on warm.....good luck

Your skin is the biggest organ of your body. Naturally, anything healthy will make it healthy, and anything unhealthy will make it unhealthy. I think drinking water and taking vitamins have kept my skin relatively nice. Also, make sure to moisturize.
