Testing all the time is fine "if" it detects it but if one has the virus and the results show as negative they are still possibly passing it on. Which was the case in the scenario above. And as with real life, all it takes is having sex with one infected partner. So the numbers are irrelevant. One could have sex with 3 or 300 people but it's number 4 or 301 that does them in.
