wow this is crazy.
i wouldnt know what to do either ..but just try to tell the ppl she had sex w/ to get tested imidiately or try to know who is her next VICTIM and try to warn them.
you should be careful as well ... becuase if she is crazy and wants to hurt other ppl, in one of those fights she might try to infect u... oviously not sexually .. but she can manage to maybe cut her self and cut u too ! be very carefull !

Yeah if she knows and she keeps doing this, this is really bad. Is she trying to get revenge? Thats just wrong not to tell the guys. This can ruin lives and well, this doesn't help stop the spread of this disease. People are trying to contain it, not make the problem worse.

are you serious? i think she is very selfish to be giving other her disease and obviously she is angry about being infected herself. HIV is a very serious disease and she shouldn't have had unprotected sex. I'm not sure how you can get her attention and get her to listen to you but make it clear that you're there for her because she really needs your support right now because she is frustrated that she has HIV and that it can't be cured and if she told anyone, they might not have sex with her. As long as she has protected sex now I wouldn't worry and if she doesn't then there's nothing you can do, but just stick by her and maybe she'll see the errors of her ways.

she's really stupid, i guess she doesn't care anymore about life because she's about to die anyway, so she's trying to get other people affected. it's her life. sometimes it's hard to change people. i'm really sorry that your friend is in a unfortunate situation, but she's just messing herself up. that's on her and up to the people that's she's doing it with.

After that, if she doesn't listen, contact the authorites. She might be angry, but friends should help eachother, not shun the other, and give many people a dangerous disease.

Maybe you can try and get her into 1) counseling with a professional that has dealt with patients like her, someone who was hurt, emotionally and physically, by others and 2) medical treatments for HIV.

You need to contact the authorities. I don't know whether the police would be the ones to handle this, but that might be the first place to call. If you know any of the guys she's been with, you need to let them know, too. What she is doing is ILLEGAL!

You need to report your friend to the police. What she is doing is illegal.
She is a murderer, it doesn't matter how you kill someone, but if someone gets HIV and dies because of her.
She will go to jail, or if you have the death penalty in your state, she might get that instead of jail.

Well she will be in jail soon, no matter if you tell the police yourself or not , they will still find out due to her name being reported as a statistic of HIV, as soon as these other people start getting tested, the doctors will most likely ask who their sexual partners were, to find out if somene who already knew they were HIV positive was spreading the disease. You could also get in trouble as well for knowing she is doing this and doing nothing about it. So she is also putting your freedom in jeopardy. If I was you I would let someone know what she is doing so you won't get in trouble yourself.

Your friend may very well end up in jail for intentionally infecting people with HIV, it is a criminal offense to have unprotected sex without telling your partner your HIV status if you know you re +ve.
SHe might want to look into reporting the person who infected her because if they knew they were infected at the time then they should be punished, this may also help her to deal with her anger at being infected. Infecting other people is definitly not a healthy way to deal with this situation though.

Wow, you need to tell her that spreading the disease isn't going to cure her, it's just going to make more people suffer. You should also tell her that just because she has HIV doesn't mean she's going to die in a few years. If she takes care of her self and takes a little more caution in her life, she can live a relatively normal lifestyle. Also you need to tell her to stop being a slut. Sorry, just my opinion.

report her 2 the authorities, she put her self there, she cannot go blaming someone for infecting her when she laid there without protection. everyone is resposible for their own life. now u know this and also havent done anything about it so if these ppl get infected its their problem 2 for not using protection either, what ever da case may be i feel dat u are also responsible for knowing about her and doing nothing about it..

I would turn her in. No one has the right to hurt other people like that, she is killing other people. You know what the right thing to do is or you wouldn't be on here asking this and you are a good person or you wouldn't be fighting with her about it.
You need to go to your local health department and do the right thing. What if she slept with someone you REALLY cared about, she's crossing way too many boundaries.

It really depends where you live. Each state has different laws about people who are HIV+, here in New York it's not a crime at all. In other states it's attempted murder so it depends where you live.
What I can recommend is all the health department in your area, they have PHR's (public health Representatives) who will contact her, talk to her about what is going on, and your name will never be mentioned. This is one thing that is uniform in the USA.
I had a client that just tested HIV+ and was with someone in another state and was afraid the tell that person, so we contacted our local PHRs and the contacted the other state and it was dealt with.
As a friend I would encourage her to seek mental health services for her fear, anger and a lot of issues that friends should not have to deal with.
