Unfortunately YES any and every time you 'DO IT' you can get or give AIDS to or from the other person. Pregnancy comes in there as well if you are a girl. Always practice safe sex. The guys will complain but it will be safer for them and the girl.

do what? intercourse? if so, then yes. esp, if you have non protected intercourse in which bodily fluids have been exchanged. It has nothing to do with the first time, rather, it has everything to do with your partner, who he/she has been with,, or you have been with. be careful. you never really know anyone's sexual history.

With aids, I wouldn't take a chance. The last figures were one in four people had AIDS and, it was climbing.

Yes, HIV has no way of knowing it is your first time or hundreth time. It does not care. That is why you need to rely on protection, regular screening, and be careful about your partners.
