Take a breath. Do you have AIDS or HIV? Probably HIV there are so many meds out there your quality of life will be much better than just 10 years ago. If you can't afford them there are programs just for you that can help you. Nothing anyone can say will make it better and it really sucks but just take a breath, pray to God, and live everyday to the fullest. I wish I could say something better. I am really sorry if I could I would give you a big hug and just cry with you!!!! Take care.

Well, first things first. When you throw up I hope you gag on it.
You are a fraud who has stooped as low as a person can go. And for what? ATTENTION!
You have no shame.
People, 1 hour after posting this question this Emma person asked if anyone has some amazing cool websites. Read it's profile and you can see how you have wasted your sympathy on a troll.

You have my sympathy. I am so sorry.
The first thing you should do is find a support group. There is no reason you should have to go through the huge range of emotions alone. Talk to some one who knows what you have been through.
National AIDS Hotline
English: 1-800-342-AIDS
Spanish: 1-800-344-7432
National S.T.D. Hotline
Phone: 800-227-8922
and again, I am so sorry.

Well to begin with I think that this is a little off... If you just found out you would more than likely have hiv. If you are doing this for entertainment you are a screwed up individual. For some people it's not a joke or entertainment it's their life.

Look for support in a web site www.poz.com. It is a great place to find other who are just infected, for support and a place for people to listen. It is also important to get medical support. That is a medical staff that is helpful and supportive. Also, a medical support staff that will help you with medical knowledge, viral loads and medical check ups. I hope that this will help you and that you will find help. Remember, HIV is not the end.

Find a good Doctor that specialized in working with people that are HIV+. With medications you should live a good long life.
You will need to change a few things, eat a well balanced diet, plenty of rest, exercise, take your meds as prescribed, not all doctors start newly diagnoses persons on meds at first, you will need to keep your life as stress free as you can.
Now, before you tell anyone remember once you tell someone it's out there, and what they say is out of your control, so please be careful who you tell. You will need someone who is close to you to know, you will need to talk out what you want, so I suggest a health care proxy.
My partner has been HIV+ for 24 years and is still doing fine.
Best f luck and if you need, please feel free to e-mail me.

first go back to doctor and find out what type of test....swab or blood? if its swab and it was postive then get a blood test(your doctor should have told you that automattically). if you blood test if postive then get another postive and make sure you pay special attention to anything that can cause a false alarm. if the second one turns out positive then you do likely have it. you would then try to find out who you gotten it from and find out if he/she knew about it. (you can acttually sue or its agianst the law that a person who knew they had h.i.v. and did not inform you about it prior to sex). let others who you had sex with the info and make sure your not pregnant. h.i.v. is almost turning into a chronic disease instead of a life threating disease so try to enjoy life the best you can. hope i helped you out some....good luck.

Let people you've been with know so that they can get tested too. Let people you are close with know also so that you can have some support, and start researching it so that you know what to expect, and of course, get in contact with a doctor.

Okay, don't fret too much. It's AIDS. So the virus is in you, but its not active. You just have to be extra vigilent. Eat healthy and regularly. Also, make good excersize. You'll have to be real careful. Try not to stress yourself out too much. It's the activated AIDS called HIV that really affects you, so right now, you're not in any immediate danger. Relax, and take it in. Ask your doctor what you can do about it. I'm sure that they'll help. And remember, don't stress out too much about it!
