Maybe you bit your tongue. Maybe a taste bud got irritated. Maybe you have a cold sore.
(Didja know that cold sores are the result of a very mild form of herpes? Huhhhh.. these are the things I learn in my World History (H) class..)

If you are that stupid to put your tounge on some girls nasty vagina, then yes, you deserve to have the clap or herpes. It was probally a little tiny crab that bit you when you woke it up.

First of all I totally disagree with anyone up here saying most forms of STDs…. give me a break. 24-hour symptoms of STDs by a sore tongue. While some viruses can show up in the few weeks some like AIDS can take years to develop.
Now having said that you could have a cold sore…. which is caused by a herpes virus and can be spread by human contact. That would come on pretty quickly.
Airing on the side of caution it's not a bad idea to get checked out.

It would take at least 36 hours for any STD symptoms to show up, but they usually shows up within 2 to 3 days.

Not likely. It's more likely that you bit your tongue in your sleep. However, if you're so worried about it, then why did you perform oral sex and lord knows what else on some skank in a club?

Yes, symptoms CAN and WILL come that fast.
However, the worst part about symptoms is that sometimes we misdiagnose. Well, in your case, I am not a certified doctor, and I cannot do diagnoses over the 'net, so here's my cruddy advice:
1) You might not even have an STD, but you MIGHT provided that you did not use protection (i.e: Condom).
2) The pain on your tip of your tongue can just be some minor pain from biting your tongue or something else that might have caused you fear.
3[important!]) I know you're scared of STDs, but the BEST thing you can do is to contact a doctor immediately. Depending on the type of STD you MIGHT have, you could be cured, or at least injected with something that could significantly increase your lifespan.
Good luck!
