No. HIV is transmited thru contaminated corporal fluids (sure saliva is a corporal fluid but does not have the characteristics that the virus needs to survive in it) like semen, blood or vaginal secretions.
AIDS is a "syndrome" you develop it after a while of being infected with HIV, not everyone with HIV has or gets AIDS, it depends on the strand of the virus and on whether they got treatment.

No.
But if the kisser does have AIDS then it is possible for the virus to be transmitted to your body through an opening in your flesh. Like a cold sore, or a scrape, a tiny cut on the lips, any opening of the flesh where the virus can move into is enough to infect you from the saliva of an infected man or woman. And if the wet kiss is given then it is quite possible. Rare but possible.

Either sex, or blood to blood contact. Unless the person with aids had their blood on their lips, then no you can't get it.

To those of you who are answering no, you are wrong!
However, the odds are very small.
There are at least two documented cases of people contracting HIV from kissing. But, in both cases, the parties in question had either open sores or a large amount of bleeding from their gums. In other words, it was not the saliva but the transfer of blood from one blood system to the other.
I know it is unlikely, but don't tell someone there is no chance when there is a slight chance. Know all the facts and supply them. If you're not sure, don't answer.
