If there is an opening in the mouth where blood can escape, a cut for example, and this mixes with the semen, contamination could occur and the disease can be transferred. The website below has some more detailed information

She can only get it if you yourself have AIDS. If you don't have it and she is only giving you BJs then she'll be good.

...well first of all, do you have AIDS?
you should NOT be engaging in sex acts if you DONT know the basics of sexual health.
the short answer is yes. use your common sense. if you can contract a sexually transmitted disease from vaginal or anal sex (through the exchange of body fluids) you can contract it through oral sex.
blood, semen or vaginal secretions spread the disease. spit doesnt really count- studies have shown it would take gallons of spit to effectively transport the disease.
wearing a condom during sex (they DO make condoms for oral sex) greatly decreases your chances of spreading/ contracting a disease. it guarantees nothing, as several stds reside in the pubic areas, not just the genitals.
being MONOGAMOUS actually helps more than anything else. sticking with one partner at a time is smart for you short term and long term.
AIDS is the tip of the iceberg. im guessing you two are younger, and you should be a lot more worried about herpes and HPV. they are much, much more common in younger people than AIDS. HPV is especially dangerous for the girl, as it can directly lead to cervical cancer, which is why at this point she should be regularly going to the doctors for exams/ pap smears.
anyways-
ill say it again, if you arent aware of any of this very simple to understand, easy to find information, you should not be engaging in sex acts.
14 year old CHILDREN can have sex and make a baby- that doesnt mean they SHOULD, or that its right. there are 14 year old children in africa forced to carry guns and kill. same thing. just because they can doesnt make it right.
take some responsibility- do some homework and talk to an adult if you need to.

Why do you have aids? You should wear a condom. Its not as likely but it does happen. The saliva is not a welcoming place for incubation. (Digestive Fluids) But it does happen.

Umm.. I think so unfortunately. HIV can be passed through the transference of bodily fluids (i.e. salivia, semen, etc. ).

Only if you have AIDS, can your girlfriend get it from giving you a BJ. And if you do, then yes. AIDS is transferred through body fluid of any kind! ANY KIND! Use protection.

Yes you can. One of the transmittal paths is through body fluids like semen and blood. If she has ANY kind of an opening in her mouth, even a tiny nick, bite her tongue, it is entirely possible. You do get tested every 6 months if you engage in high risk behavior, right?

well that doesn't say alot for you does it. seriously though What Are the Risks of Oral Sex?
Oral to Penis Contact
Theoretical Risk - Performing oral sex or "giving a ********" carries a theoretical risk of transmission for the receptive partner because infected pre-ejaculate ("pre-***") fluid or semen (***) can get into the mouth. Any open sores, cold sores, etc. can be a route by which the virus or bacteria can enter the bloodstream and infect. For the insertive partner there is a theoretical risk of infection because infected blood from a partner's bleeding gums or an open sore could come in contact with a scratch, cut, or sore on the penis.
Documented Risk - Although the risk is many times smaller than anal or vaginal sex, HIV has been transmitted to receptive partners through oral sex ("blow jobs"), even in cases when insertive partners didn't ejaculate (***).
